"Fate truly is inexplicable." Jian Xi smacked her lips and got out of bed to change clothes.
She reached for her underwear, but Nan Mufeng got to it first.
"Isn't it hard to do it yourself now? Let me help you," Nan Mufeng said.
Jian Xi: "..."
"Take off your pajamas, unless you want me to do it for you?" Nan Mufeng asked.
Jian Xi shook her head vigorously.
"Then take it off."
Jian Xi resolutely refused.
"Honey, you're so awkward. You already sleep like a popcorn, what's there to be embarrassed about?" Nan Mufeng reached over, took off Jian Xi's pajamas, and helped her put on her underwear.
Jian Xi blushed with embarrassment and closed her eyes.
She gave up, thinking that everything a couple should do had been done anyway...
