"I'm not going." Jian Xi shook her head.
"Have you given up? What's the relationship between you and that family you've been inquiring about?" Li Qing asked.
"It's not that important, so..." Jian Xi lowered her gaze, gently touching her belly, "I won't go again in the future."
"Alright then, I'll go back myself. I'll help you inquire some more." Li Qing didn't insist, "I heard from my grandfather that recently some outsiders went there, also asking about that family you mentioned."
Jian Xi was startled, her heart suddenly tightened, and she excitedly gripped the edge of the table as she stood up, "What?"
"Quite a few went, all speaking Mandarin. My grandfather said those people were very fierce."
Jian Xi instantly changed her mind, "Are they still there?"
"Yes! Just this morning I spoke with my grandfather on the phone."
"Let's go right now." Jian Xi said immediately.
Li Qing was taken aback, "Didn't you say you were not going?"
"I've changed my mind."
