In the Temple of Time in the Heaven Realm, there is a massive lake. The water in the lake flows from the River of Time. The surface of the lake is calm, without a ripple, like a mirror reflecting everything around it.
At the very center of this lake, there is an ancient sundial protruding above the water. On the circular face of the sundial is engraved a mystic formation pattern, but it is full of worn indentations, marked by the passage of time, with a gnomon standing upright at the center.
This sundial is actually the Altar of Time, constructed by the God of Time using the Sand of Time salvaged from the River of Time. It can transform divine power into the power of time to alter the speed of time, or even reverse it.
