The [Instakill] skill only works on players and is useless against NPCs, which is a major limitation. However, the [Eye of the Soul] can be used on NPCs, making it versatile for dealing with a variety of enemies.
The [Instakill] skill takes effect instantly with nearly a 100% success rate, while the [Eye of the Soul] requires a minute of gazing; if the target leaves the line of sight within this minute, it won't take effect. This requires the Spirit Demon to ideally hide and observe secretly, without alerting the target, or find a way to forcibly keep the target within its sight range.
