Bats, hedgehogs, wolves, owls, and other nocturnal animals darted through the forest.
Letting out all kinds of cries—"coo coo...." "awooo~~"....
And deep beneath the darkness of this forest, there was a massive pit.
A woman with wheat-tinted skin, her figure as lithe and streamlined as a panther, sat cross-legged with her eyes closed in silent meditation.
Right in front of her chest, a golden beetle the size of a fingernail hovered, frantically clawing with its tiny legs, desperate to escape.
But... perhaps some mysterious force was controlling it; its limbs and wings just fluttered helplessly, not moving even a millimeter.
Stranger still, the six golden stars on its back were now fully lit, and the lone moon was almost completely infiltrated...
No one knew how much time had passed—it could have been an hour, or dozens of hours.
Suddenly, a clear "snap~" echoed through the hollow!
The next second, as if it had died, the golden beetle fell completely still.
