Since Tilan withdrew from the Southern Star Region, the Federation rapidly unified at an incredible speed. The Western Star Region also expressed submission, accepting the governance of the Federal Center. However, as a cost of this rapid unification, the Federal Center is no longer able to exploit the Western Star Region as before.
