Several questions emerged in Chu Feng's mind, making him feel that there was definitely something amiss with this federal government commission.
First, the population there was too sparse, which did not meet the environmental requirements for Bizarre phenomena to grow rapidly.
Second, ordinary Bizarre beings typically avoided human military bases. While human firearms posed little threat, missiles and similar weaponry could still likely harm them.
Third, under normal circumstances, authorities would handle any Bizarre event internally and swiftly. This was especially true if military secrets were involved. Allowing someone like him, who lacked even American citizenship, to investigate was highly unusual.
Chu Feng continued reading, and a general introduction to the Bizarre event followed.
"Every night the snowstorm arrives on time, and then, it takes living people away?" As he read the brief introduction, Chu Feng was somewhat baffled.
