Harrier's first task after joining Cadillac was to design an entry-level model to fill the market gap between Cadillac and Buick.
Harrier, in collaboration with another engineer from General Motors, completed the prototype design of the Cadillac LaSalle in just three months.
In 1927, the Cadillac LaSalle was launched and was immediately considered a classic car designed more by an artist than an engineer. It was also the first car with its entire design, from the front bumper to the taillights, crafted by a designer.
Harrier introduced the concept of "fashion" into car design.
Subsequently, Harrier developed more classic Cadillac models and even created many unique vehicles that surpassed the current era.
In later generations, Harrier had a title, known as the 'Father of Concept Cars'!
