For Tang Shu, the paper assigned by Professor Yu wasn't difficult in itself; the challenge was how to prove she was so familiar with the several types of herbs listed on the Medical College's materials.
And two days later when Jing Yu handed her the medical texts from Tang Village, that problem was already solved.
Thus, this afternoon, despite being very busy, Tang Shu managed to find some time to head over to the faculty housing and happily handed in her assignment.
"Wrote quite a lot? Seems like you have a real interest in researching these herbs."
Professor Yu, holding the paper of more than twenty pages, couldn't hide the shock in his eyes.
He pointed to another stack of papers on his desk, his tone carrying a hint of disdain, "This is much better than those of your senior brothers and sisters who have already graduated. Their reflections are nothing compared to yours."
And indeed, the gap was significant.
