After warming up, Qhah-el checked on Lydia.
She was meditating in the far end corner of the room.
Since he was about to start his training, he headed there and placed a small diagonal crystal on her side.
Then he activated it, creating a medium-sized circular barrier around her.
"That is?" Lydia asked, making him look at her.
Once their eyes met, his gaze quickly dropped to her lips.
Since he's crouching down in front of her, he can see her plump reddish lips more clearly.
"It blocks noise and objects," he said as he stood. "I'll start training now, so focus on meditating."
Qhah-el turned around to leave but stopped when she called for him.
"Wait, Your Highness. How long do I need to meditate?"
"Until your aura stabilizes. I'll check on you from time to time."
