______________

The training hall was large and open. White lights hung from the high ceiling. The floor was made of reinforced metal, and cadets stood in pairs across different platforms.

They fought with swords, fists, and magic with the sounds of clashing metal and shouting filled the air.

.

He leaned against the wall near the observation area. His arms were crossed, and his face looked calm, but his mind was busy.

He watched the cadets fight, knowing most of them because he had written most of them.

His eyes went to a girl. She was on the left platform and holding a bow.

She drew the string back and released an arrow that flew straight and hit her opponent's shoulder pad. The boy stumbled but she already had another arrow nocked.

She fired again and again, each shot hitting what needs to be hit and fast.

He turned his head to the right platform where an arrogant boy stood with a spear in his hand. He wasn't moving much because his opponent threw punches and kicks that he blocked easily.

The boy didn't break a sweat, he just stood there with a bored expression.

Then his eyes moved to the center platform where another boy was fighting.

The boy moved with smooth steps and his sword work was like a beautiful dance with no wasted motion.

After that, he looked over to the bleachers where a beautiful girl sat with a tablet in her hands and watched the fights while taking notes with a serious and focused face.

She studied everything, from the way people moved to how they used mana and made mistakes.

Close to her another girl that looked like a work of art stood in perfect and elegent posture with her golden hair in ponytail falling gracefully to her back. She looked at everything with a slight hint of curiosity and indifference.

.

Hajin finally looked away from them.

These were his characters that he made with their strengths and weaknesses. And now he was stuck in the same world as them. They didn't know him as their creator and just saw him as another cadet, another extra, another weirdo nobody whom suddenly went from using a sword to a gun.

The noise in the hall started to die down when the primary combat training instructor stepped onto the main platform.

Her name was Park Hyun-ah. She was a woman with a sharp gaze and a strict posture.

She raised her hand and shouted, which made all the cadets stop and turn to look.

"Everyone stop! We have a guest today. A third-year student from the advanced track is here to help with sparring practice. You will each fight him one at a time as part of your combat evaluation. Get ready and don't hold back!"

Some looked curious while others looked nervous.

Hajin felt a cold sensation in his stomach because he did remember this from his novel.

There was that guy also... a third-year student.

No! Calling him a student was an insult... he was a monster he enjoyed writing about for sometime.

Even now, he didn't know why he created such a character in his novel.

*Bang!*

As if on cue, the big doors at the end of the hall opened with a loud bang!

A young man walked in.

A walk that gathered the attention of every single person.

The atmosphere in the room started to feel tense quickly.

*Step step step!*

He was tall, easily 198 cm. Wearing a loose white shirt with the top buttons undone to reveal a glimpse as his nonsense level of muscles and dark simple pants.

His clothes should have been illegal to wear in cube grounds, but when it came to HIM, no one said anything and every official looked the other way.

A long training wooden sword sat lazily on his shoulder. Black hair was messy and fell over his forehead, covering part of his eyes. His face was sharp with tan skin, and he had a huge grin on his face that wasn't mean or fake, which revealed a row of white teeth.

He walked slowly with easy steps that showed no nervousness at all.

*Step step step.*

*Gulp.*

Everyone gulped with nervousness as they stared at the senior who brazingly came forward the instructor.

The all knew who he was.

Not knowing this guy in this academy, or maybe even the whole world was almost impossible because of how famous he was.

Upon his arrival, the face of princess Rachel lit up like a Christmas tree. Barely holding herself to go forward and get closer to the guy. But her impeccable image didn't let her act impulsively much to her annoyance.

"Here he is, the King-like character I wrote about. The Conqueror!" Kim Hajin muttered to himself with sweat running down his back as he felt the oppressive aura the guy exuded.

Instructor Park Hyun-ah nodded at the guy who stood beside her and pointed at him then said, "This is your sparring partner, and I guess you know him. He's a third-year student here to test your skills, so pay very close attention and learn from him because if not... then it's your lose."

The young man stopped in the middle of the platform and looked around at the cadets. His eyes moved across their faces with a wild grin.

Instructor Park Hyun-ah raised her voice and said...

"Say hello to Gol D Roger."

The End.

[Btw, I am still in the process of finishing the rework. I ain't dead. This was just an idea came to me. It's (The Novel's Extra) original novel for those who don't know what world this is.]
