Despite his nervousness, he continued. "The second party should have arrived inside by now."
Each Guild could send a couple or more parties at intervals. Since the tension was intensifying, the federation might not impose any entry restrictions for now.

Hayes turned and looked to the side, at the closed door. He adjusted his glasses again, feeling anxious. What was in front of them was Rise's room, where Rise and Thalia were alone.
