"GOOD EVENING, ma'am. I'm Han Wooju— Gyubin's husband."
"Aigoo. You're more handsome in person, Hunter Han Wooju."
"Please speak comfortably, Grandma Kim."
Gyubin smiled while watching Wooju and her grandma interact.
It was obviously awkward, but she could tell that both her husband and grandmother were trying to get along.
And it was nice to see.
Wooju already met Grandma, but he introduced himself again since during their first meeting, Grandma had an "episode."
"Gyubin-ah, can we ask Grandma Kim to stay with us while she's here in Seoul?" Wooju asked her, and then he turned to her grandmother. "Of course, only if you're comfortable with the idea, Grandma Kim."
Aww.
Gyubin appreciated that, however…
"Thank you for the offer, Wooju-ya. Sadly, my granddaughter and I aren't allowed to stay in the same place at the same time for long," Grandma explained to Wooju with a sad smile on her face. "The government says it's for our sake."
