"Feel the burn, push through it," Sasaki muttered to himself as he lifted heavy stones. His muscles screamed in protest, but he ignored the pain, knowing that this was the path to strength.

Day 1:

Sasaki woke up early and started with simple exercises: push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. The cave was dark, but he pushed through, feeling his muscles strain.

Day 2:

He added running through the cave to build endurance. Each lap made his legs burn, but he kept going, chanting, "Harder, faster, stronger."

Week 1:

Sasaki fashioned weights from rocks and debris. Lifting them made his arms ache, but he knew it was necessary. He also started climbing the cave walls, using his fingers and toes to grip the stone.

Week 2:

His hands were calloused, and his muscles were sore, but he felt stronger.

He added martial arts practice, moving through katas with precision and speed. Sweat dripped down his face as he trained.
