Healing of Alex was going good but outside was a commotion that had been never seen before.
Many military organizations have arrived to confirm that a new element have actually appeared. It has been centuries now after the time when last new element was discovered.
Strongest expert rank military officer arrived and was overseeing the security in the hospital so that no danger arrive on Alex by any external means.
"Sir, do you think this new guy gonna survive this? He seems to be hurt pretty bad in awakening." A solider psychic asked.
"Are you so free that you are asking me this question? Have you received the description of awakening situation from all the students who were there in that class." Military chief said with a scowl.
A doctor walked out of room who is healing psychic in corridor.
"Is he alright?" Military chief walked forward and stopped doctor to ask this.
"His case is quite complicated? But all I can say that he is out of any danger, and will be conscious in three to four hours. You can go and check up on him if you want." Doctor said before walking his own way.
Hearing this, military chief felt that it would be right to just walk into room to make a observation on what this element's energy stability is like.
He saw that boy was still unconscious and his condition to be getting better and no wounds could be seen on him. This was the effect of high level healing psychic's ability.
He touched the forehead of Alex and started to infuse his energy into him to check from the fluctuations of element awakening.

Military chief felt that some energy is fighting against his own energy. He was shocked at his is this happening, because boy is still unconscious and just awakened to become a psychic.
'His potential is quite strong but his new element does not seem to compatible. I think he should be admitted to some high level magic academy for this new element study and his protection.' Military chief thought to himself.
No matter if this element is weak or strong, but as it is new so it make a important to thing to focus on in the society which is centred around the psychics to protect the humanity against the psychic beasts and other internal threats.
4 hours later
Alex came to consciousness and saw that he was in highly protected hospital which had military surrounding it.
Alex was barraged with many questions relating to his element like what kind of element would he define his element including defensive, evasive, and offensive.
Alex defined only one aspect of his element by saying, "This element revolve around wings, so it is related to movement and evasion. I don't know anything else about it because I still have able to access any skills of this element due to just awakening to it."
Days passed and some people from psychic universities arrived giving him a proposal to join their university while they promised Alex with many psychic development resources along with protection.
Alex considered their offers but still denied all of them because his growth eventually depend on the growth of Arc as he had been bound to him now. So, he decided to stay in psychic schools of this city and will later join the university when the right time comes along with Arc.
Alex rested for few weeks and slowly controversy about his element died down because it was not offensive type but their is still some residual of talking in the students.
Flying is only limited some specific elements in higher level but his element can provide him this power in apprentice level. So, Alex was quite happy with the elements he can access and now checking through the message notification that have piled into many numbers. He discovered that he had actually acquired something like scroll item and equipment creation skill.

Alex in his mind said, 'yes'.
A sudden stream of great knowledge started to appear in his head along with a unquie energy that he had never felt before.
He felt that he could transform his usual psychic energy into this energy but conversation rate is quite low. Like using three for getting one in return.
Alex got the ideas the behind this energy and its use but he was still a little confused so he used the command status panel to check up on his growth and proper information on the things he had gained so far.

Alex was still living with Arc's family and now he was getting Along well with them. He got introduced to both of other people in Arc family as well which was his father and little sister.

Slowly months changed along with seasons, Arc and Alex turned their elements. Arc's focus was on the lightening element while Alex was focusing on his clone element. Arc's main goal was to develop his offensive means and Alex's to train his manipulation means along with more energy gathering. As he knew that one skill of clone element to make clones able to absorb the energy which would increase his growth ability as overall.
