He lays down in his bed, closes his eyes but keeps thinking about what Amai could be going through in the Hollowlands. After 2 hours he just decides to wake up and train.

Xzaivier closes his eyes and takes a deep breath before imagining her getting tortured again.

Xzaivier begins doing Weighted Squat Holds, Uses 200 kilograms of training sand weights. Drops into a deep squat.

Xzaivier heads to the bathroom and takes an Ice bath and sits in the ice for an hour, in the bath he controls his breathing while meditating. Xzaivier gets out of the bath, puts on a hakama, still remaining shirtless before kneeling on the floor and meditating until 7 o'clock comes.
