Sharky looked around him. The room was quite spacious, with several fine dividers. There was a luxurious carpet covering the floor, and there were precious, fragrant candles on the table. Such things weren't the Snake Race's style; they seemed more suited to the Frost clan. Alina had probably sent some of her clan's furniture over.
This woman seems to know quite a bit about living comfortably.
While he was seeing things around, he suddenly heard a light knock on his door. A soft and gentle voice called out, "Master Sharky, are you asleep?"
Sharky was stunned. He recognized that voice; it was the young lady named Little White. He got up to open the door. Sure enough, a timid young lady was standing there. He asked, "Lady White, is something the matter?"
