When Hildr was the leader of Valkyries, she was known for her unmatched strength and leadership. She guides the Valkyries in their duty of selecting fallen warriors for Valhalla. Though powerful and respected, Hildr had a strong, independent spirit, making her hesitant to rely on anyone, even Odin.
Because of this, Odin admired her. He had seen her lead the Valkyries with grace and authority, and over time, a deep respect for her blossomed into his heart.
And Odin most of the time meets with her, giving suggestions for the Valkyrie Army. Hildr accepted his suggestion,
And since both of them participated in battle together, they forged a deeper connection between them.
After the battle, Odin sought Hildr out to express his gratitude. The two spent more time together, discussing matters of war, strategy, and the future of Asgard.
