Xu Kai after seeing his wife working to the bone, he decided to plan for a team building activity. He decided to plan a vacation for the whole company for those that wanted to go.
Once everything was settled, he told Chen Si to send the email to all the employees. The trip would be a whole week, you would say he wanted to spend time with his wife, but he also knew how bad it would look if they both were to take leave. So, the only option was to take the whole company and besides they had worked hard and need to be shown some appreciation.
"This is the best thing right now." Shen Mu said showing her phone to Cheng Xiao and Su Li.
"I know right, it is a long waited vacation and to think that everyone in the company will be going." Su Li replied with a smile.
"But isn't this a lot of money required for the whole company to go on a vacation." Su Li added deep in thoughts.
"I think he saw how tired his wife was from all that designing and decided on to spoil everyone." Shen Mu teased.
"Perks of being the CEO's wife." Cheng Xiao retorted.
"Yo, yo,yo listen to her bragging now." Su Li said to Shen Mu.
"Someone that wanted divorce every single day." Shen Mu said with a snort.
"Well, that was when I didn't know what was good for me." Cheng Xiao defended herself.
"Well, I am glad you are wiser now." Su Li said patting Cheng Xiao on the head.
"Su Li!" Cheng Xiao squatted the hand away.
"Cheng Xiao, how do you feel now?" Su Li asked.
"I feel good." Cheng Xiao replied.
"She means how do you feel about Xu Kai now silly?" Shen Mu said.
"Honestly I don't know when I started to fall for him. At first after the marriage, I did not want him anywhere near me, but you know him. Talking to him would infuriate me, but now I can't sleep unless he is holding me, I am always thinking about him." Cheng Xiao spoke.
As she talked about Xu Kai, there was a smile on her face she didn't realize was there, but the two ladies saw it. Shen Mu had a gentle smile as she watched Cheng Xiao talked and was happy that her friend was finally in love with him.
"Cheng Xiao!" Su Li called to her.
"Yes!" Cheng Xiao looked at Su Li.
"You're in love!" Su Li said.
"Me!" Cheng Xiao asked pointing to herself.
Su Li nodded so, Cheng Xiao turned to Shen Mu who nodded as well.
"I am in love with him?" She asked again.
"I am so happy for you, I have never seen you talk about someone with so much passion in your voice." Shen Mu said.
"The way your face lit up." Su Li added.
