Cheng Xiao and Su Li stood at the door of the room eavesdropping on what Shen Mu and Hu Yiting were discussing.
"I take some of the boxes with me." Hu Yiting said, it was made clear that he would be taking some of her things back to his house.
Even though Hu Yiting had suggested using movers, Shen Mu wanted her personal things to be taken separately. She had some valuables that she wanted to keep, not that she did not trust the movers, but she wanted to know that her things were safe at all times.
"You should head back inside, I am sure they are waiting for you." Hu Yiting said.
"Okay, then if you say so." Shen Mu replied and turned around and headed towards her room.
"You guys are unbelievable." Shen Mu said when she opened the door and they stumbled back.
"Why did he come?" Cheng Xiao asked.
"Don't act like you did not hear what he said, when your ears were glued to the door." Shen Mu said and playfully pushed them into the room.
"By the way Xu Kai is on his way." Shen Mu said looking at Cheng Xiao.
"Not that you did not hear about that." Shen Mu said the last part to herself.
"I thought so." Cheng Xiao said.
"You guys are too much." Su Li said in playfully annoyance.
"We are newlyweds, don't blame us." Shen Mu said.
"You I might understand, but you, just yesterday you guys were enemies and today you can't seem to stay away from each other." Su Li said pointing at the two of them.
"We are taking things slow." Cheng Xiao said as to defend herself.
"Let's get back packing." Shen Mu said and ushered them.
They went back to their positions and started packing, at times they would say something and start to laugh. There was a knock on the door and Shen Mu looked at Cheng Xiao mischievously.
"Looks like your man is finally here." Shen Mu said wiggling her eyebrows.
"Stop that!" Cheng Xiao said shyly covering her face.
"Don't worry, I'll get it." Hu Yiting shouted to Shen Mu.
"Okay!" Shen Mu said back.
Hu Yiting walked to the door and opened it; Xu Kai stood at the door. Hu Yiting stepped aside, and Xu Kai walked in. Cheng Xiao came out of the room and saw Xu Kai; she smiled at him and Hu Yiting looked at the in shock.
"I'll get you some water." Cheng Xiao said walking in the kitchen.
She brought the glass of water and handed it Xu Kai before heading back to the room. Hu Yiting turned to look at Xu Kai waiting for an explanation.
"She has finally decided to give our marriage a chance." Xu Kai said.
"Man, I am so happy for you." Hu Yiting said smile broadly.
