"Vice President," the men exclaimed respectfully as they saw Aaron approaching from a distance. They nodded reverently towards Ling Xi as well.
The leading man in front of them had been one of those who had gone to Flame Ice Island with Aaron. He had already witnessed Ling Xi's capabilities; at the time, Ling Xi was their enemy, and he even harbored some hostility towards her because she had seriously injured Aaron during a competition. But now, to his utter disbelief, Ling Xi had somehow become their friend. Although it was their Vice President who had sought her out, it still seemed incredibly incredulous to him.
