Buhui lowered her head, seemingly troubled by the question, "I don't remember."
Mo Beichen immediately sensed she was being evasive and frowned, "You chose to become a nun, yet you can't remember why? Did you see through the world, were you being hunted, or were you heartbroken and chose to withdraw?"
Buhui wrung her hands tightly, "I like temples, they help still my heart."
"For such a shallow reason, don't your family care about you?" Mo Beichen questioned. What are women thinking these days, leaving everything just to become a nun because they like temples? Why not just study at a Buddhist College?
Buhui lowered her head even more, "I have no family."
Mo Beichen felt as if something struck his mind, leaving it blank. He stared at Buhui, unable to see her expression through her lowered hair, and asked, "Where is your family?"
"I have no family," Buhui repeated.
