The second day after Mu Rou was discharged from the hospital, Fu Sinian hurried back from Germany. His burns covered too large an area, and although he was saved from the brink of death, he was constantly facing issues such as wound infections. Consequently, the folks in Germany were unwilling to let him go and even called Bai Cheng'an to persuade Fu Sinian.
Bai Cheng'an had known Fu Sinian for many years and was well aware of his temperament; Fu Sinian was someone who wouldn't change his mind easily, persuading him was nearly impossible. Therefore, Bai requested the attending physician from Germany to accompany Fu Sinian back to handle any emergencies.
And so, Fu Sinian returned. He hadn't dressed so gloomily on purpose; his burned skin required clothes made from special materials for protection, which resulted in him being covered from head to toe, exposing only his eyes.
