The Golden Monkey's appearance was one of the main reasons why so many people believed the existence of the Golden Apple Tree in the Golden Star Secret Realm to be true.
He hesitated for only a heartbeat before deciding to confirm, "Little one, this Old Monkey you mentioned… could it be the legendary Golden Monkey?"
Mirage tilted its smoky head and nodded matter-of-factly, "That's right."
Gilgamel's eyes lit up instantly, sparkling like a child spotting candy, "Then… does that Old Monkey happen to grow a Golden Apple Tree? One that produces Golden Apples?"
Mirage froze for a moment, genuinely startled, "How did you know?"
"Hey! Why do you think so many wizards have gathered in this mountain recently?" Gilgamel spread his arms wide, as though lecturing, "They're all here for those Golden Apples. Everyone believes that whenever the Golden Monkey appears, a Golden Apple Tree grows nearby."
