Heavenly Goddess—Ishtar!

Firstly, the city he was in—Assyrian Royal Capital Nineveh, has another version of its name origin. It is said to come from an ancient Semitic name of the War Goddess Ishtar worshipped in the ancient Two River Basin civilizations—Nina.
Thus, Ishtar is the City Guardian God of Nineveh, and there is now a temple in the city to worship her.
And Empress Semiramis, who built the Ishtar Gate and continuously waged wars abroad achieving victories, is sometimes considered the incarnation of the Goddess Ishtar.
Moreover, although Ishtar is nominally a third-generation god of Babylon, her status among the Pantheon of Gods is supreme, known as the [Cosmic Queen].
