Night falls, nearing closing time.
Luo En was about to get up and say goodbye, when he saw the female proprietor Siduri bring over two large mugs of malt wine.
The color of the liquor was even more golden and enticing than before, with denser bubbles.
Siduri bent slightly, sat down opposite, and showed a faint smile:
"This is my newly brewed product, with the new ingredients you gave. I'm not sure how the taste is yet. If you're not in a hurry to leave, would you like to try it together?"
"It would be my honor."
Luo En nodded delightfully, raised the mug and gestured.
Siduri raised her glass and gently clinked, eagerly sipped.
The golden liquor flowed down the throat, slightly bitter in its base tone. But then, rich caramel and nut aromas spread across the tongue, forming a distinct contrast. These scents originate from the high starch content in barley, which during brewing transforms into maltose, creating an unforgettable, full-bodied taste and unique aroma.
