When Malin arrived at another waiting hall, it was crowded with zombies. These shriveled husks reacted to Malin's arrival, but when Malin stopped, they gradually fell silent again.
The light on Malin's shoulder didn't elicit any response from them, yet when Malin illuminated a sacred Illumination Spell in the center of the hall, these zombies leapt like fish in hot oil.
They couldn't identify the source of the attack, or rather, the attack came from above, prompting them to jump toward the light, but it was in vain.
Malin stood at the entrance of the hall, watching these zombies eventually turn to ash in the radiant area.
Stepping forward, Malin turned to look at a corner beside him, where some small zombies huddled in a place untouched by the light.
