When Malin was young, he once thought that the world was so vast that there must be someone who understood him. At that time, Susu appeared, making Malin naively believe that she must be the one who understood him.
But as she left, living alone in the world, Malin began to gradually ponder whether Susu really understood him, because if she truly did, she wouldn't have given up her life to save that child, ultimately leaving him alone to face this cruel world.
This question lingered until Malin looked at the child standing in front of the car and finally understood—the truth is, people indeed choose to become heroes, not to glorify anything, nor to mend any heavenly fissure, but simply out of a desire to save a poor child.
And so, in this dark era, he struggled for survival, without thinking that his life's path had already been predetermined. From that moment on, Malin no longer believed in the fairytale-like notion of understanding and misunderstanding.
