Its limbs twisted, hands and feet disordered, as if familiarizing itself with a new body, constantly trying various movements.
It was mimicking him, and Hafeez knew very well that once the mimicry was complete, it would be his end.
As a newcomer, he had survived thus far thanks to the support of his teammates, who had leapt forward in times of crisis to cover for him, sacrificing themselves so he could run first.
