Aisha, who had climbed back to her feet, hesitated. The rustling sound was getting closer and closer; leaving Shari behind was the best option at this moment.
If it were before, she would have done so without hesitation. But the scenes of last night surfaced in her mind; although Shari wasn't smart, she was very kind to her. She saved her and trusted her.
