The little girl, nicknamed Huang'er, was a member of the Phoenix Clan, living in seclusion with her parents on Wutong Star, where she had grown up since birth.
Being able to reside on Wutong Star, the Phoenix Clan's planet, is not something an ordinary member can do; it's a royal planet, and only the royal family members of the Phoenix Clan have the privilege to live there.
However, even most of the royals do not choose to live here. Though Wutong Star is nice, it's only suitable as a retirement place, chosen by those royals who have lost their power to live in hiding.
