Chapter 282 - Destruction

The man stood back up on his hind legs, throwing an unusual power source in the shape of balls at Kevin, which he caught and threw back. "What the hell is that source!?" he asked himself, trying his best not to take a hit before he got to Turia. He then crossed his two fingers, sending arrows of lightning firing towards the ship. However, Kevin had given Alex enough time to turn the top cannon of the ship into an all-out flamethrower.

"Looks like you'll be the first victim of my new invention!" Alex screamed with pride, his hair blowing in the wind as he held his cannon and pointed it towards the mysterious man. "Cannon of Fire!" he exclaimed, landing hits on every single arrow that surrounded him and finished them off with a giant explosion, changing the course of the sea. "That isn't even how lightning works!" Kevin thought to himself, landing back onto the ship. He noticed the man slowly running away, but he was already trying to conserve his energy to the point where he was unable to fight.

However, Gerald stood right in front of him with a serious look. "I'll take him down with the power of Embertalia!" he exclaimed.

Shortly after the events of Hamila had been released to the world, multiple reactions sparked an uproar of chaos and freedom. Would Team ENTITY be able to take down the Trilan government and the other forces trying to infiltrate it, or would they find themselves in a major problem? Volume 11, Chapter 12 - Destruction

Gerald kneeled down on the courtyard of the ship, black rings of fire now revolving around all his limbs. "Don't worry about me, guys!" he boldly insisted. "Just get as close as you can to Turia - I don't want anything screwing this mission up more than it already is!" he exclaimed.

His entire body now raged inside the black legendary flame Embertalia, followed by his mystical leap off the ship in what seemed to be speed of light time. "That's his power!?" Samantha exclaimed, shocked at his speed.

Gerald screamed with pride, his leg hitting the mysterious man almost instantly and burning his flesh through his shirt. "This flame burns your entire body from the inside-out upon touch!" he exclaimed. Upon touch, Gerald felt a sense of emptiness upon the vessel that he continued to fearlessly attack. "Why are you so fucking unresponsive!?" Gerald exclaimed, continuing to cut him down with the most notorious attacks he could think of from the top of his head.

The man opened his eyes and shot out a simple phrase at Gerald that completely changed everything, however - "Return to the great unknown." he muttered under his breath. "Inner peace will await you beneath the scorching flames of Hell."

Suddenly, it was as if the ocean had turned into a giant cliff that was right about to engulf Gerald along with it. "How did he make a whole sinkhole in THE OCEAN!?" he thought to himself, his power abruptly sabotaged by one of the falling boulders. "Vessels await your arrival," the man continued, every single statement he gave causing more destruction to the nearby ocean. With each gesture he made with his fingers, Gerald felt his weight multiply exponentially. "What fighting style are you even in!?" he screamed, continuing his desperate struggle for a singular hit on his opponent.

"I am the style of destruction!" he exclaimed, charging at Gerald once more while creating a pit beneath him that seemed to fall all the way to the core of the Earth itself. "Destruction style?" he perplexingly asked. "That's a gravitational power you're wielding, the power of genuine destruction does not exist at all!"

"Destruction style is a style where I am able to destroy the entire Earth to my liking!" he screamed, slamming Gerald into the ground. "It's really boring to just go easy on you," he ragebaited. "Sometimes, I just have intrusive thoughts to destroy this entire universe and kill everyone!"

He held Gerald's neck with all of his strength, holding him over the indefinite pit that would certainly send him straight down to Hell. "I pity weak people like you that think they have a chance against people like me…" he muttered.

He threw Gerald down into the pit, but to his surprise, this was exactly what he wanted. The black flame of Emberatalia reignited straight from his leg, accelerating him back up towards the cliff. The speed resulted in not only a sonic boom, but a dirty uppercut that caught the man of destruction off guard. "Sorry about that, my best friend told me never to retreat from a battle!" he exclaimed. He continued to step across the rocks that created enough flames to ignite a dragon that shielded his entire body just from his legs.

"Looks like I underestimated you by a disappointing amount…" he inferred, walking closer and closer to Gerald. "I'll get someone to finish this fight for me - I have business with someone else, either way." Gerald kicked his feet, sending the dragon straight towards the man. However, he continued to narrowly dodge it with just acrobatics as it raced across the sea and splashed in his path. "Why can't I fucking hit!?" he exclaimed, extracting more power towards the dragon. "It's because… I am one of the four sovereigns of destruction!" he exclaimed. Mid-backflip, he bit his index finger, summoning a demon straight from the depths of Hell. "I'll be leaving now!" he exclaimed. "When you get stronger, just remember the name Sanat!" he exclaimed.

Despite Gerald's attempt to focus on Sanat, the demon continued to follow and attempted to hit him every single time. "This isn't going to work!" he exclaimed, watching his opponent slowly get away.
