Yun Wuji cast a long glance at his dead father-in-law. Despite being his enemy, he felt a faint trace of admiration for the man.
Qianye Fantian didn't waste his last breath on a bitter, desperate reprisal to cling to honor or dignity. Instead, he chose the most shameful and humiliating path, all to preserve the Brahma Monarch God Realm and pass on the foundation he had guarded his entire life to someone else.

The Four Dragons of Absolute Beginning followed the four King Realms as their mounts, while Yun Wuji, Qianye Ying'er, Yan Wu, and the newly subdued Purple River Dragon God headed to the Brahma Monarch God Realm.

In the past, the Brahma Monarch God Realm was considered one of the two strongest King Realms among the human race. They alone had more 10th level Divine Masters than the other three King Realms combined. A huge golden profound formation shimmered around a tower on the far side of the capital city. Every ray of that dazzling golden light carried a soul-piercing cold. It was clear this formation would unleash incredible destruction on anyone who dared to approach, let alone touch it.
Qianye Ying'er took out the Brahma Soul Bell and gave it a gentle shake.
The golden profound formation immediately started to split apart as a pocket of space was slowly revealed below it. Another golden light shone from within the pocket of space, but it was entirely different from the light radiating from the golden profound formation. Not only did it lack offensive power, but it was as gentle as the rays of a setting sun.
"Let's go!" Qianye Ying'er grabbed Yun Wuji's arm with a hand as she descended inside.
They stepped into a relatively small pocket of space.
They landed on a slowly-rotating profound formation which was emitting a gentle golden light. This profound formation was only around twenty meters long, but it very nearly filled up this tiny underground space.
Yun Wuji did not bother inspecting the profound formation closely. Instead, his eyes were fixed on the jade stone, which was shining with a mild white light.
It looked like a lustrous white jade disc about as wide as someone's palm. Bizarre divine runes were irregularly etched along its border, and a piece of lustrous crystalline jade floated above it. It looked like a drop of water quietly floating in the air, a crystalline teardrop that had fallen from a beautiful woman's eye.
There was no energy causing it to float, and he could not sense the existence of any energy field either, yet this "drop of water" continued to quietly and bizarrely hover in the air.
"Primordial Seal of Life and Death!" Hei Xiaolian materialized in a swirl of black smoke, eyes wide with shock as she stared at the seal before her.
"Fuck! To think this trashy place is secretly hiding something this good!" she cursed loudly. As a spirit, she was virtually immortal, able to live as long as her artifact if she wasn't killed. But Yun Wuji was human; his lifespan was limited, and he was bound to die one day.
Seeing the seal made her heart race. Her man could now live forever, and they could be together for all eternity!
"..." Qianye Ying'er's face twitched. What did this bitch mean by calling it a trashy place? How could she insult the Brahma Monarch God Realm like that?
Yun Wuji said nothing. Instead, he stepped slowly into the center of the profound formation. It was such a tiny space that he only needed a few steps to reach his destination.
The Primordial Seal of Life and Death, the Heavenly Profound Treasure which was ranked third amongst them. It was also the Heavenly Profound Treasure that had driven the most people insane with desire… and it had been that way even during the Primordial Era.
Because the one who obtained the Primordial Seal of Life and Death would also obtain eternal life.
But that wasn't what interested Yun Wuji. He was confident that someday he would reach the level of the Ancestral Goddess or perhaps surpass her. At that level, lifespan no longer mattered. What interested him was the spirit lurking inside, the spirit of the most beautiful woman in the universe, the woman the Gods claimed was the most beautiful in the world.

It was a dead seal, but Yun Wuji knew it wasn't truly dead. It just needed stimulation and time to nourish Li Suo's soul and 'revive' the seal.

When Yun Wuji placed the Seal back into the formation, Qianye Ying'er stepped forward and suddenly reached out to grab the Primordial Seal of Life and Death. Without hesitation, she tossed it to Yun Wuji.
"Take it."
Her voice was utterly calm as she uttered those two words; it was as if she were merely passing him an ordinary piece of unpolished jade.
Yun Wuji caught it, his gaze growing hooded. "Are you sure? This is the Brahma Monarch God Realm's greatest secret, its most precious treasure."
Qianye Ying'er replied, "You were able to easily wrest control of the Eternal Heaven Pearl from the Eternal Heaven Great Ancestor, so you may just be able to revive the Primordial Seal of Life and Death as well."
"Although I don't think I really need it, I'll keep it for now," Yun Wuji said, giving Qianye Ying'er a deep look before calmly putting away the Primordial Seal of Life and Death.

A few days later, explosive news shook not only the Eastern Divine Region but also spread across the entire God Realm.
Using the Eternal Heaven Bell, the Star God Realm, Moon God Realm, and Brahma Monarch God Realm declared that the Eternal Heaven God Realm and Dragon God Realm had been destroyed for defying the new ruler of the universe, Yun Wuji.
The three King Realms pledged their loyalty to him and warned that anyone who defied him would face their wrath.
The same happened in the Southern Divine Region and Western Divine Region. As for the Northern Divine Region, he was declared their savior, the incarnation of a Devil Emperor, the one who freed them from eternal damnation.
This sent ripples through all the realms, especially the Upper Star Realms. The changes came so fast they could barely believe what was happening.
