Early one morning, as soon as Lin Xiyue woke up, she pinned Luo Xiu to the sofa and started hammering him with her little fists.
"You'd better forget everything that happened last night!"
Luo Xiu helplessly fended off her blows. "What on earth happened last night? Why can't I remember a thing?"
"You have the nerve to ask!"
Lin Xiyue's pretty face flushed red as she glared at him, looking like she wanted to eat him alive.
"It's... it's about me crying! And all those things I said to you—you have to forget every single word!"
Luo Xiu looked puzzled. "What did you say?"
Lin Xiyue stared at him, her cheeks puffed with anger. "Anyway, I didn't mean any of it!"
Luo Xiu grasped her shoulders, gently pushed her away, and suppressed a laugh. "I don't know if you meant it or not, but it was definitely cheesy."
Lin Xiyue huffed softly, shuffled to one side, and changed the subject. "Hey, I have to go home today. You'll have to go to the hospital and get the test results by yourself."
