Chapter 7 - Chapter 6: The Introduction.

Nagito's eyes widened slightly at Sasuke's declaration. "Ultimate Shinobi… fascinating," he murmured, a thoughtful expression replacing his usual cheerful demeanor. He tapped a finger against his chin, studying Sasuke's seemingly ordinary outfit but noting the sword at his back. "So, he's like Peko Pekoyama, a swordsman," he chuckled. "I wonder what havoc they could wreak together…" A mischievous glint returned to his gaze. "A ninja and a shinobi… quite formidable," he observed, his gaze flitting between Naruto and Sasuke. "Tell me more about your skills. I'm incredibly curious!"

Before Naruto could respond, Koichi entered, announcing, "Alright, kids, it's time. Introduce yourselves!" He seemed relaxed despite the gym's partially destroyed state. Naruto and Sasuke recognized him; to the others, he was a stranger. "Don't complain about not being ready," Koichi said. "I gave you thirty minutes—more than you'll ever get again."

"You're the one who showed up late," the man in the dark suit retorted.

Koichi chuckled. "Killer hangover. Took me longer to recover than usual. Not sure why." The students shared the same thought: Was this guy really our teacher?

Koichi comfortably settled on the stage. "We'll be together for at least a year, so let's get to know each other. I'm Kizakura Koichi—some of you already know me—and I'll be your homeroom teacher."

Naruto, remembering their earlier meeting, was surprised. Sasuke remained uninterested, arms folded. Naruto whispered to Sasuke, "Didn't expect him to be our teacher." Sasuke replied, "Me neither," his expression unchanged. Naruto chuckled. "Well, he's not going to be too annoying, hopefully."

"Name and title," Koichi instructed. "Let's start."

Mioda Ibuki, the multi-colored haired girl, eagerly jumped in. "Ibuki is Mioda Ibuki! The Ultimate Musician! Ibuki likes to rock out, so anyone willing to join Ibuki, you can!"

Sonia Nevermind, the pale blonde, clapped. "Spectacular!" She bowed. "Hello there! My name is Sonia Nevermind. I am the Ultimate Princess. It is a pleasure to finally be here."

Sasuke whispered to Naruto, "Princesses still exist?" Naruto nodded. "Yeah, I thought they only existed in our world."

Soda Kazuichi, the pink-haired boy, whistled and gave a thumbs-up. "Since Miss Sonia has gone, I guess it's my turn next. I'm Soda Kazuichi, and I'm the Ultimate Mechanic. Nice to meet you all!"

Sasuke, thinking, This guy reminds me of Suigetsu, remained impassive. Naruto, surprised, thought, He's like Kisame from the Akatsuki.

Koizumi Mahiru, the girl with short red hair, smiled. "I'm Koizumi Mahiru. I'm the Ultimate Photographer. Let's all get along." Naruto found her relatively normal. Sasuke remained uninterested.

Hanamura Teruteru, the short, round chef, grinned. "My name is Hanamura Teruteru. I'm known as the Ultimate Cook, but you can call me the Ultimate Chef—it's more appealing."

Naruto whispered to Sasuke, "This guy gives off a dangerous vibe." Sasuke agreed. "Yeah, I agree. He better stay away from me, or I'll kill him." Naruto chuckled. I can agree to that…

Saionji Hiyoko, the kiddish blonde, sneered. "Hmph. Idiot," making Teruteru visibly nervous. "I'm Saionji Hiyoko. And I'm the Ultimate Traditional Dancer."

Naruto thought, What a strange girl. Sasuke, arms folded, remained silent, wondering if she was even a teenager.

Owari Akane, the athletic girl, went next, having apparently recovered from her earlier outburst. "The name's Owari Akane! Apparently I'm the Ultimate Gymnast! Nice to meetcha!"

Naruto whispered, "That's the girl who attacked you!" Sasuke frowned. "Yes, it seems… She focuses more on fighting than anything else."

Nidai Nekomaru, the muscular man, laughed boisterously. "I am the Ultimate Team Manager, NIDAI NEKOMARU! Make sure to remember it!" Sasuke found him irritatingly loud. Naruto, however, thought he might get along with him.

Pekoyama Peko, the girl with long silver braids, introduced herself calmly. "My name is Pekoyama Peko. I am the Ultimate Swordswoman. It is nice to meet you all." Naruto and Sasuke's eyes widened; Naruto teased Sasuke, "Someone's interest is piqued," while Sasuke retorted, "Shut up, idiot." Naruto added, "She's like Neji and you—cool and edgy." Sasuke did not respond.

Kuzuryu Fuyuhiko, the short boy in a dark suit, stated, "Name's Kuzuryu Fuyuhiko. I'm the Ultimate Yakuza." Naruto found him unfriendly. Sasuke raised an eyebrow at the mention of "clan."

Naruto asked Mikan about Kuzuryu, but Nagito interjected. "You don't know about the Kuzuryu clan? It's the largest criminal syndicate in Japan. Kuzuryu-kun is the heir."

Naruto thought, Clan heir, like Sasuke, recalling the Uchiha clan's fate. Sasuke also thought about the Uchiha, and his serious expression returned.

The next student, short and fat, with light brown hair and hazel eyes, was the last to introduce themselves.

"I'm Mitarai Ryota. I'm the Ultimate Animator." His introduction was brief and to the point, leaving Naruto little to comment on. Sasuke remained uninterested, his expression unchanged.

"Hahaha, I guess I should go next, huh?" Nagito waved and smiled. "My name is Komaeda Nagito. It's a pleasure to finally meet you all, Ultimates, in person." He looked down. "My talent is nothing special. I'm simply lucky. That's why I'm called the Ultimate Lucky Student."

Hiyoko tapped her cheek. "What kind of talent is that?" she mocked.

"Now, now," Koichi raised a hand. "You guys can get to know each other better later. This is only for introductions, remember?" Hiyoko huffed but said nothing more.

"U-Um," Mikan began, fidgeting. Naruto and Sasuke, noticing her nervousness, offered encouragement.

"You can do this, Mikan," Naruto gave a thumbs-up. Sasuke smiled warmly and nodded.

"T-Thank you," Mikan replied, blushing. Taking a deep breath, she spoke with determination. "M-My name is Tsumiki Mikan, and I'm the Ultimate Nurse. I-If you get hurt, please don't hesitate to rely on me."

Naruto smiled; she reminded him of Hinata. Sasuke, remembering Hinata Hyuga, found this unusual, as he usually didn't bother remembering names of people he found uninteresting.

"Kehehe. I guess the time has come for you fools to know of my existence, hm?" Naruto and Sasuke's attention shifted to the last male student besides themselves.

"You may call me… Tanaka Gundham! May you never forget it, for it is the name that will one day rule this world! My title on this plane is… the Ultimate Breeder! But my true identity is the one and only Supreme Overlord of Ice! Bow before my power, fools! Fuhahahahahahahaha!"

Four hamsters suddenly shot out from his scarf, taking position on his shoulder and cheering.

Naruto scratched his head, even more confused than when he met Mikan. Sasuke found him abnormal, possibly on drugs or mentally ill, but ultimately, he didn't care. The others seemed confused, except for a creeped-out Hiyoko and a still-smiling Nagito.

All seventeen students' attention turned to the second-to-last male student.

Naruto, feeling confident, prepared his introduction. Sasuke facepalmed, hoping Naruto wouldn't embarrass them both.

Naruto grinned, giving a thumbs-up. "I'm Uzumaki Naruto. I like cup ramen, especially the kind Old Gramps makes. I hate the three-minute wait after adding hot water. My hobby is eating and comparing cup ramen! My title is the Ultimate Ninja. Nice to meet you all."

Naruto's introduction hung in the air, a bizarre mix of enthusiasm and specificity. Silence descended on the gym, broken only by the faint chirping of Gundham Tanaka's hamsters. Then, a ripple of reactions spread through the assembled Ultimates.

Hiyoko burst out laughing, a shrill, high-pitched sound that cut through the stunned silence. "Cup ramen? Seriously? That's your dream?" she shrieked, clutching her stomach, tears streaming down her cheeks. "You're an Ultimate… and you're obsessed with instant noodles? That's hilarious!"

"What, what's wrong with me liking ramen?" Naruto said defensively.

Sonia Nevermind clapped politely, a small smile playing on her lips. "That was… certainly an introduction," she commented, her voice laced with amusement. The Ultimate Princess found the whole thing charmingly eccentric.

Sasuke remained silent, remembering his own Team Seven introduction. He smirked, thinking, Hmm… I didn't expect this idiot to pull this same introduction. Maybe I should do the same thing…

Koichi nodded. "Good, good. Now, for the last two." He looked over to the final girl, who had been sitting down since arriving. She was dressed in a dark hoodie and skirt while smashing buttons on a handheld console. Naruto recognized these devices as video games; this was his first time seeing one in person. The girl frowned at a game over screen, then looked around the room at the staring students.

"Ah." She seemed to understand. A slight pause followed. "I'm Nanami Chiaki, the Ultimate Gamer. Nice to meet you."

"Gamer? What the hell is that…?" Naruto muttered, not understanding. Sasuke's expression remained unchanged. Another pause followed before Chiaki returned to her game. Naruto thought, "She's both polite and chill, an interesting combo."

Naruto put his hand on Sasuke's shoulder. "I guess it's your turn to introduce yourself now, buddy. Good luck…" He gave Sasuke a big smile and a thumbs-up. The fifteen students turned to face Sasuke, awaiting his introduction. Mikan and Nagito already knew Sasuke's full name and title.

Sasuke turned to face the fifteen students, his expression serious, arms folded. "Fine, but before I introduce myself, I'll get straight to the point," he said seriously. "I am Sasuke Uchiha. I hate a lot of things, and I don't particularly like anything…" His tone was serious but cold. "And my title is the Ultimate Shinobi."

Sasuke's introduction hung in the air, stark and chilling in contrast to Naruto's earlier, eccentric outburst. A hush fell over the gym; even Hiyoko's laughter had died down, replaced by a stunned silence. Unlike Naruto's whimsical self-deprecation, Sasuke's blunt honesty struck a different chord—one of unsettling intensity. Even Mikan and Nagito were surprised by this blunt and cold introduction.

The ripple of reactions that followed Naruto's introduction was dwarfed by the wave of stunned silence that greeted Sasuke's. The Ultimates exchanged uneasy glances, a palpable tension filling the gym. Some shifted uncomfortably in their seats, while others stared at Sasuke with a mixture of awe, apprehension, and something akin to fear.

Naruto, on the other hand, was about to burst out laughing but held it in to avoid drawing more attention. He remembered this exact introduction from Sasuke—his introduction in their first Team Seven meeting. He thought, "Sasuke's trying to be edgy as always…" Sasuke's serious expression remained unchanged.

The silence stretched, thick and heavy, punctuated only by the nervous shuffling of feet and the occasional, barely audible gasp. The stark contrast between Naruto's whimsical introduction and Sasuke's cold, blunt statement hung in the air, a palpable tension that vibrated through the room. It wasn't just the content of Sasuke's introduction; it was the manner in which he delivered it—the unwavering intensity in his dark eyes, the rigid set of his jaw, the way his arms remained rigidly crossed across his chest. It spoke volumes about the kind of person he was: someone who didn't mince words, someone who didn't care about making a good impression, and someone who possessed a quiet, simmering power that was both intimidating and alluring.

Finally, Sonia Nevermind, ever the picture of grace and composure, broke the silence. "Well, that was… unexpected," she said, her voice a delicate counterpoint to the heavy atmosphere. A faint blush colored her cheeks, a mixture of surprise and fascination in her green eyes. The Ultimate Princess, accustomed to the polite formalities of her royal upbringing, found herself strangely captivated by Sasuke's unconventional approach. She wondered what dark secrets lay beneath his stoic exterior, what kind of life experiences had shaped him into such a guarded individual.

Kazuichi Soda, ever the impulsive one, whistled low, his eyes wide with a mixture of admiration and apprehension. "Whoa…" he breathed, his usual boisterous energy subdued by Sasuke's presence. The Ultimate Mechanic, used to fixing things and solving problems, found himself utterly at a loss when faced with the enigma that was Sasuke Uchiha. He couldn't quite fathom the kind of experiences that could forge a personality so hardened and resolute.

Mahiru Koizumi, usually so calm and collected, found herself unconsciously adjusting the strap of her camera bag, her fingers fidgeting nervously. The Ultimate Photographer, who often captured the fleeting beauty of moments, found herself captivated by the intensity in Sasuke's gaze. He was a fascinating subject, a study in contrasts—the quiet intensity, the stark honesty, the palpable sense of underlying power.

Teruteru Hanamura, typically quick with a joke or a playful comment, fell silent, his usual jovial grin replaced with a look of wary respect. The Ultimate Cook, who knew a thing or two about reading people, sensed a dangerous undercurrent in Sasuke's personality, something primal and untamed that he instinctively understood and, frankly, found somewhat terrifying.

Hiyoko Saionji, who had only moments before been guffawing at Naruto's introduction, fell silent, her usual sneering expression replaced by one of cautious observation. The Ultimate Traditional Dancer, accustomed to expressing herself through controlled movements and precise gestures, found herself oddly drawn to Sasuke's stillness, the way he seemed to embody a quiet power that was both captivating and unnerving.

Even Akane Owari, whose earlier challenge had been fueled by a desire to test Sasuke's strength, fell silent. The Ultimate Gymnast, accustomed to pushing her body and her skills to their limits, found herself unexpectedly humbled by Sasuke's quiet intensity. His effortless dodging of her attacks had already shown her that his capabilities were far beyond her own. His stoic demeanor now conveyed a different kind of strength, one that went beyond brute force and skill.

Nekomaru Nidai, usually boisterous and energetic, let out a low whistle, his usual exuberance tempered by a newfound respect. The Ultimate Team Manager, who had seen his share of exceptional athletes, recognized in Sasuke a kind of quiet strength and intensity that was both rare and inspiring.

Peko Pekoyama, her expression unreadable behind her usual stoicism, found herself intrigued by the subtle similarities between her own and Sasuke's approaches. The Ultimate Swordswoman, a master of her own craft, sensed a kindred spirit in Sasuke's directness and unwavering intensity.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu, despite his usual swagger, sat up straighter in his seat, his expression unreadable but betraying a newfound interest. The Ultimate Yakuza, heir to a powerful criminal organization, recognized a fellow leader in Sasuke, someone who projected a similar aura of quiet power and unwavering determination.

Chiaki Nanami, her eyes still fixed on her handheld console for a moment, only glanced up briefly before returning to her game. She'd sensed his ability to be more calm even in the face of chaos during his fight with Owari earlier and thought, Interesting...

Even Komaeda Nagito, usually prone to exclamations and dramatic pronouncements, remained unusually quiet. His eyes, usually sparkling with an almost manic energy, were fixed on Sasuke with a thoughtful expression. It was clear that Sasuke's cold, direct introduction had given even him pause.

Mikan Tsumiki, despite her initial surprise, found a strange comfort in the quiet intensity radiating off Sasuke. His cold demeanor seemed to have a surprising effect on the chaotic energy in the gym, and a sense of calmness returned, even if it was a tense calm. His directness and lack of pretense were somehow refreshing, and a hint of admiration flickered in her eyes.

The air in the gym crackled with unspoken anticipation and a mixture of fear and fascination as all eyes remained on Sasuke, who stood stoic and unyielding, his presence a silent testament to the power he represented. The introduction was over, but the impact would linger long after the stunned silence finally broke.

Koichi stood. "Well, that makes seventeen then. You are now part of the 77th class of Hope's Peak Academy. Accept that with pride. Make sure to let your talents blossom here. With that, I'm sure you'll find the hope that brought you here." Naruto and Sasuke remained silent, remembering Jin Kirigiri's confirmation of their class assignment.

Nagito chuckled. "I agree with that."

Hiyoko rolled her eyes. "No one asked what you think, weirdo." Sasuke smirked in agreement.

Mikan fidgeted. "I-I don't think insulting each other is a good idea..."

"Shut it, pig face!" Hiyoko retorted, insulting Mikan.

Mikan slumped. "P-Pig face? I-I don't have a pig face..."

Naruto defended Mikan. "Hey, that's mean. Don't say that."

Hiyoko rolled her eyes. "Whatever."

Naruto patted Mikan's head. "Don't worry, Mikan. You don't have a pig face. She's just trying to get a rise out of you."

Hiyoko glared at Naruto. "Huuuuh? What did you say—!?"

Sasuke observed the interaction with a stoic expression.

Gundham gasped. "You fiend! Just what kind of creature are you!?"

Naruto blinked. "What? Are you talking to me?" Sasuke frowned at Gundham.

Gundham assumed a fighting stance. "Speak at once, before I decimate your very existence!"

Naruto was bewildered. Sasuke smirked. "Oh, you want a fight? I can guarantee you this idiot can beat you to a pulp."

Chuckling, Nagito intervened. "I think he's asking why you have those markings on your cheeks, Uzumaki-kun." He paused. "To tell you the truth, I was rather curious about them myself."

Naruto's bewildered expression turned amused. "Wait, seriously? You're gonna fight me over... what, calling you a fiend? Dude, I didn't even know what that meant until just now," he said, grinning. He wasn't scared; Gundham's dramatics were more comical than threatening.

Gundham remained unmoved. His hamsters, usually cheerful, squeaked agitatedly. "Silence, insignificant insect!" Gundham roared, his voice echoing. "Your ignorance does not excuse your insolence! Prepare to face the wrath of the Supreme Overlord of Ice!" He launched himself at Naruto, scarf billowing.

Naruto prepared his defense. But before Gundham could connect, Sasuke moved with inhuman speed. He intercepted Gundham's attack, shocking everyone but Naruto. Sasuke glared at Gundham, easily pushed him back, and folded his arms as Gundham landed on his feet.

Gundham, despite his bluster, was genuinely surprised. His surprisingly well-coordinated attack had been stopped with contemptuous ease. Sasuke's speed was breathtaking; one moment Gundham was attacking Naruto, the next he was stopped by Sasuke with effortless grace and raw power. His initially agitated hamsters huddled in stunned silence, their usual squeaks replaced by a nervous tremor.

Disbelieving, Gundham asked, "How do you stop my attack so easily?"

Sasuke responded coldly, "Simple. You're weak."

Gundham frowned. "How dare you mock the Supreme Overlord of Ice! I shall show you his true power!"

Sasuke chuckled mockingly. "The Supreme Overlord of Ice... Hmph. I don't know if you have a mental disorder or are abnormal," he said. "But if you want to fight, bring it on. I will show you a battle you will never win." As he spoke, still with folded arms, he raised his index finger, releasing a purple and dark aura that surrounded him, cracking the ground because of Sasuke's overwhelming power. This shocked everyone, including Gundham.

Except one: Akane, seeing Sasuke unleash his power, felt excited. "Hey, wait a second!" Akane interjected. "If you're going to fight, I'm joining in!" Everyone turned to look at her. "Besides, I still have a score to settle with this pretty boy..." she said, cracking her knuckles.

Naruto sweatdropped. "Are you joking? If these two fight Sasuke, they'll be demolished. They stand no chance against him..." He remembered Hagoromo's statement about retaining their powers in this world, meaning this world's weapons wouldn't harm Sasuke.

Sonia seemed amused. "Oh my! This intense feeling of friendship... they're such wonderful friends!"

Mahiru sweatdropped. "I... I don't think that's what's happening..."

Nekomaru picked his nose. "Ha! Didn't you learn anything from what the Uchiha did to you earlier?" He said, reminding her how she couldn't land a single hit on Sasuke earlier.

Akane dismissed him. "Shut up, old man! That's exactly the reason why I want to fight him again, so I can get back at him." She smirked.

Ibuki bounced excitedly. "This place is so lively! My song would be titled, 'Sunrise at the Gym'!"

Kazuichi stared at Ibuki. "What the hell kind of title is that!?"

Hiyoko grinned. "They should have taken each other out right here. More exciting that way."

Naruto thought, "Are you kidding me? Why are they supporting this fight? These people are insane. I better stop this before Sasuke massacres them both..." He knew he was the only one who could stop Sasuke.

Mikan, growing nervous, thought, "Why is everyone becoming so aggressive?" Nagito just smiled. A lot.

Teruteru sighed happily. "Two men, and one woman, pushing against one another so closely... ah, the passion! It's magnificent!"

Fuyuhiko crossed his arms and glanced away. "Hmph. What a bunch of idiots." Peko remained silent, as did Ryota.

Chiaki briefly lowered her game console before resuming her game.

Naruto, deciding he'd had enough, leaped into action. He moved with surprising speed, placing himself between Sasuke and the increasingly agitated Gundham and Akane. "Hold it, you three!" he shouted, his voice cutting through the rising cacophony. "This isn't a three-way brawl! We're supposed to be students here, not gladiators!"

Akane, however, was not easily dissuaded. She puffed out her cheeks, fists still clenched. "But I want to fight him!" she insisted, pointing a defiant finger at Sasuke. "He's arrogant, and I won't stand for it!"

Gundham, though initially surprised by Naruto's speed, quickly recovered his composure. He adjusted his scarf, his hamsters quivering in anticipation. "Very well, Uzumaki," he said, his voice dangerously low. "Since you wish to interfere, perhaps you would be worthy of facing the Supreme Overlord of Ice!"

Sensing Sasuke's purple aura, Naruto turned to face him. He placed a hand on Sasuke's shoulder and unleashed his own orange-white aura, cracking the ground because of Naruto's overwhelming power. This surprised everyone, including Gundham and Akane. He then said, "Come the fuck down, Sasuke, put down your finger..." He ordered Sasuke to put down his index finger, frowning as he looked into Sasuke's eyes. Sasuke, momentarily surprised by Naruto's intervention, also turned. As they stared at each other, Sasuke increased his power display. His serious expression unchanged, he kept his arms folded.

Koichi scratched his head under his hat as the gym descended into chaos, with Sasuke, Gundham, and Akane starting a three-way fight, while Naruto acted as a pacifier. "Oh boy. I sure have my hands full, don't I?" Koichi thought. Yes, this was going to be a very interesting year indeed.

The clash of auras wasn't a gentle meeting; it was a violent collision of raw power. Orange-white and purple-black energy slammed into each other, creating a shockwave that sent tremors through the gym. Dust rained from the ceiling, and the air crackled with the sheer force of their wills. The gym's temperature seemed to plummet, then spike, mirroring the fluctuating energies battling in the center. The initially stunned students reacted with a cacophony of gasps and shocked exclamations.

Sonia, her eyes wide with terror and fascination, clutched her chest. "Oh my goodness! It's... it's breathtaking!"

Mahiru, usually calm, stumbled back, her face pale. "That… that was terrifying!" she whispered, clutching her camera.

Nekomaru, surprisingly, wasn't cowering. His eyes gleamed with excitement. "Whoa! What a display of power! This is better than any pro wrestling match I've ever seen!" He pumped his fist.

Akane, momentarily forgetting her desire to fight Sasuke, stared in open-mouthed awe. Even her thirst for a fight was overshadowed by the spectacle of power. Her bravado vanished.

Gundham, speechless, could only stare, his trembling hamsters clinging to his shoulders. The Supreme Overlord of Ice felt strangely insignificant.

Ibuki, however, was ecstatic. "Amazing! This is the ultimate inspiration for a new song! 'Clash of the Titans'!" she yelled, strumming an imaginary guitar.

Kazuichi, normally overflowing with nervous energy, was frozen, his mouth agape. "Holy... crap..." he breathed, his boisterous manner gone.

Hiyoko, surprisingly, was impressed. "Wow... they're actually strong. Better than I thought!" she muttered, her usual snark tempered by genuine surprise.

Fuyuhiko, despite trying to maintain his cool, muttered, "Damn... those two are actually monsters." Ryota, usually timid, was mesmerized, a rare look of wonder on his face. Even Chiaki paused her game, her eyes fixed on the clashing auras, a stoic expression on her face. To her, these two were like video game characters.

Mikan, overwhelmed, whimpered, clutching her medical kit. Nagito, however, remained eerily calm, his smile widening. "Wonderful! The power, the chaos... it's simply magnificent!" he exclaimed, his voice disturbingly serene. Teruteru, momentarily forgetting his lechery, watched with wide, captivated eyes. The raw energy was a feast for his senses.

Koichi took a sip from his flask, ignoring the chaos. He disliked waking early and usually didn't. However, his new teaching job meant sleeping in was curtailed. Jin Kirigiri would kill him if he didn't act. 'Stupid responsibilities… doesn't the school understand my drinking hobby!?' he muttered.

Naruto and Sasuke stared into each other's eyes. Naruto then telepathically said, "What are you doing? Why antagonize people, especially Scarface and Akane?" He was referring to Gundham as Scarface. Sasuke raised an eyebrow, then realized Naruto's habit of nicknaming people.

"Are you referring to Gundham?" Sasuke asked seriously. Naruto nodded, his expression serious. "And why not? Am I not right in what I said to that… abnormal…? He insulted Gundham. Tell me, Naruto, who in their right mind announces themselves as the Supreme Overlord of Ice? Even I don't announce myself as the greatest shinobi. Only a person with a mental disorder would do that..." He said to Naruto. "And that Akane woman started a fight with me, remember…" he said telepathically to Naruto. While they were communicating telepathically, time in the real world seemed to stop.

Naruto sighed, the telepathic link still active, a faint orange glow emanating from him. "Look, Sasuke," he began, his voice calm but firm within their shared mental space, "I get it, Scarface is a bit of a weirdo, and I won't deny that. Akane also has a short fuse and a penchant for fighting. But they're not malicious. They're just… intense."

Sasuke remained unmoved, his inner voice cool and analytical. "Intense? They're reckless and prone to violence. One's a self-proclaimed 'Supreme Overlord' who I believe still has a mental disorder. And the other is a battle-hungry woman who practically begs for a fight."

"And you're provoking them with your… aura," Naruto countered, a hint of exasperation coloring his telepathic tone. "You're practically daring them to attack you. It's not exactly fostering a peaceful learning environment." He paused, then added with a touch of humor, "Besides, you know we can't have another international incident. Principal Kirigiri will have us in prison again if we wreck his school. Remember last time, at the museum…"

"This time, you're escalating things," Naruto insisted. "Your casual dismissal of their feelings, the power display… it's unnecessary. You're stronger than both of them combined. Remember what Super Sage Gramps told us—we retained our powers in this world, meaning we're not only stronger than everyone in this room but the whole world as well," Naruto said, reminding Sasuke. "There's no need to rub it in their faces, let alone threaten them."

Sasuke, still folding his arms, didn't respond, his serious expression unchanged as he looked at Naruto. Naruto paused, choosing his words carefully. "Look, we both know we're adjusting to this foreign world Super Sage Gramps brought us to," he said, his voice turning warmer. "But this isn't our world, okay? You can't just go around flaunting your power and expecting everyone to bow down. We're students here. We need to find a way to coexist peacefully, even if some of our classmates are… less than conventional."

A beat of silence passed between them. Then, Sasuke's voice, though still laced with a hint of his usual aloofness, softened slightly. "Fine," he conceded, his purple aura gradually receding. "I'll… tone it down. But if they start something again, I will not hesitate to kill them…" He said, his serious expression unchanged. "And you will not be able to stop me…"

"Don't worry, I won't let that happen, I promise you that…" Naruto interrupted, his own orange glow intensifying briefly before subsiding. He then added, with a mental wink, "Besides, I'm starting to like this world." He said with a big smile, while Sasuke didn't comment further. While they were communicating telepathically, what seemed like a longer time, in the real world only a second passed.

The telepathic connection dissolved, and the world resumed its normal flow of time. The dust settled, the crackling air calmed, and the temperature stabilized. Naruto, still standing between Sasuke and the others, remained there. Sasuke, true to his word, closed his eyes, lowered his index finger, still folding his arms, his serious expression unchanged, as his purple-black aura disappeared. Naruto followed suit, letting go of his hand on Sasuke's shoulder, his orange-white aura also disappearing as he sighed in relief. Seeing this, everyone was surprised by what had happened, even Gundham and Akane. First, Sasuke unleashed his purple-black aura, provoking Gundham and Akane. Then Naruto unleashed his orange-white aura, trying to restrain Sasuke, then, a second later, the two suddenly stopped.

To be continued.
