Six months. It had been six months since I put that ring on her finger, and somehow, she still looked at me like I was the best thing that had ever happened to her.
Which meant I couldn't just throw together some basic dinner and flowers like some amateur. No. This had to be big. It had to be unforgettable.
And that was exactly the problem.
I had too many ideas.
A rooftop dinner under fairy lights? Classic. But maybe too predictable.
A private yacht cruise? Romantic, but risky considering Elena loved the ocean but hated the idea of being stranded.
