Rias Pov
Rias Gremory is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous body, white skin, blue eyes inherited from her father, Zeoticus, and a buxom figure. Her body measurements are [B99-W58-H90 cm] [B39-W23-H35 in]. Her body weight is [58 kg] [128 lbs]
her most distinctive feature is her long, beautiful crimson hair, which she also inherited from her father, that reaches down to her thighs with a single hair strand (known in Japan as ahoge) sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face. Rias' height is 172 cm. (5 feet 8 inches)Although Rias has worn various types of clothing throughout the series, her most commonly worn outfit is the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, which consists of a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt (short sleeves for spring/summer), with a black ribbon on her shirt collar worn under a black shoulder cape and a matching button-down corset, a magenta skirt with white accents, and brown dress shoes over white crew-length socks. Rias also tends to wear seductive lingerie and thongs.
As a Devil from the House of Gremory[2], Rias is very kind and compassionate, especially to her servants and people close to her. She gets angry and violent whenever people insult her or her peerage, showing a fiery side to her. This also plays into the fact that she dislikes cruelty towards people, as shown with her disgust over Marius Tepes, who abused his own sister for his own benefit Rias also holds great sympathy towards Sairaorg and her mother Misla Gremory for how badly they were treated by the Bael clan.
Rias is proud of her family's name, but she does not like being seen as Rias of the Gremory Family. The reason for her living in the human world is because there, everyone sees her as Rias, not as a Devil or as the Crimson-Haired Ruin Princess due to this and the fact that the only men who showed interest in her were interested in her due to being the Heiress of the House of Gremory or wanted her for her beauty and body Rias soured on the idea of finding a lover.
Rias holds her eldest brother, Sirzechs, in high regard (despite her older brother's antics of being a siscon) because she deeply cares for him. When Rias was a child, she was entirely dependent on him and held him in admiration, while also feeling inferior to him at the same time she also holds her older brother Sairaorg in high regard for his strength despite him not inheriting the power of destruction but instead inheriting their mother's lion taming ability.
Rias is competitive and hates to lose, especially after losing her first Rating game against her brother Sairaorg she hates to lose as she strives to always win, whether it is in sports or Rating Games.
Due to being spoiled by her father Zeoticus and her brother Sirzechs from an early age, she has a somewhat impatient and selfish personality. Being a spendthrift, Rias enjoyed shopping as a hobby and because of her bad money spending habit, her mother Misla and her sister-in-law Serafall often scold her for her frivolous spending, as her mother reconsidered the amount of money she is allowed as allowance
Due to being taught about Japan from Souji Okita, Rias is a complete Japanophile who is obsessed with Japan's culture and history, buying various Japanese souvenirs and being ecstatic while visiting Kyoto during her school field trip, though she became pouty and stomped at the train station due to being unable to fully explore Kyoto. She also founded a Japanology club after graduating from high school.
Rias is the daughter and second child of the Gremory Family. She became the heir after her brother, Sirzechs, became the Satan Lucifer, losing his right as heir to the house. After being announced as the heiress of the Gremory Clan, Rias was eventually placed into engagement with Riser Phenex. When she was a child, she was attacked by a camel for making fun of it, which caused her to have a strong fear of camels ever since. Just seeing imagery of a camel is enough to trigger her fear, as shown when she gets frightened seeing her clan's mascot, which is a camel.
Now Sona are touring the middle schools wandering if she can find someone for her peerage also to see if that person would make a good candidate to even be a student for Kuoh academy as it will be moving to coed next year so far they haven't been lucky with their male candidates most of them were perverts or jocks with no academic ability at all they knew that the jocks must have either cheated or got someone to do their homework to be moving onto high school however they did find a few that met with their expectations so they sent those boys parents a letter granting them entry to the school.
They were about to give up until they saw a boy compete in a few competitions and won for his school enough to get into the top 10 in all of Japan which really impressed them because they saw that he wasn't just into a sport he was also on a few academic teams as well his two sports were archery and kendo after watching him they looked at his background and saw that he's an orphan who's on his own due to his parents dying when he was born and his foster parents being murdered when he was in the 4th grade.
They decide to offer him a full scholarship once they see that he has a low B average which is good but they know that he must be busy from his sports teams as well as his academic teams which is why it isn't higher so they decide to wait for him to graduate middle school before they approach him but they will send him the letter anyway also they will get him a job with the school's help and cover the first 2 years bills so he can just go to school without worry.
Issei Pov
Issei Hyoudou his parents died when he was born at least that's what he was told he always found that to be fishy after that he was put in the foster care system that was where his troubles began each home he went to whether he got adopted or not was horrible he was beaten starved mistreated and always bullied for being smaller than the other kids but in his mind how can he get any bigger if he only eats once a month when he was 3 he got adopted by a man and a woman named the Heidelberg's they came over from Germany although they seemed nice at first.
Just a bit weird because they are occult dealers who specialize in artifacts from the supernatural but after a year with them one day they showed their true colors and started beating him starving him burning him when he spoke to them they made sure to avoid the face as to not get caught but the only reason that they kept him around other than a punching bag when their deals go south is because he gets a monthly check for being an orphan that stops when he turns 18 although one day someone broke in and kidnapped Issei.
He was stolen while his foster parents were asleep it was someone who was rivals with his foster parents who wanted every artifact that they had too bad that they would never budge so he beat Issei and tortured him for information that he didn't have he did this for years until Issei was 7 then he was arrested and Issei was returned to his foster parents who just spent all of their time over seas ignoring him after he got home so Issei had to learn how to take care of himself he also got himself up for school.
One day he comes home to see a police car at his house the cop informs him that his foster parents have been murdered but they left a will stating that he gets everything including their houses in Kuoh , Kyoto , Germany, Italy , China and the US also every artifact that they have is his he goes with the cops to the police station to do the paperwork then heads back home to make dinner shower and go to bed as he had school the next day however one day during the 3rd grade he found out that he was sick from an incurable disease that was slowly eating away at his body.
He is now a middle school student that has recent begun his second and final year he had just gotten his acceptance letter from Kuoh academy in the mail rumors of this particular school going coed had spread like wildfire the school director had been interviewed as to what the new direction for the school would be the director had told the reporter that "we will make Kuoh academy into a school that people around the world will seek out we will strive to educate and train our students to become the very best in their respective fields of study so for the coming school year we will have a test group of 50 eligible male students attend".
The only requirements to get into Kuoh academy is atleast a C average GPA pass a physical and take an entrance exam to test your general knowledge of the material that you've learned up until now also you can't have a criminal record of any kind not even a sealed one Issei decides to go for it and head to Kuoh next year after middle school he just makes sure to go over the past grades material so he can pass the entrance exam it takes him all of his summer and his school year to have studied grades K-8 he's not sure whats going to be on the test so he studied everything as well as keeping in shape as best as he could.
Issei left the house to get some fresh air he had been walking around for the greater part of 3 hours now and the sun had set Issei was walking through part of town that has small shops and restaurants lining the streets he had stayed in the park in his neighborhood for over an hour just sitting on the bench across from the water fountain he sat there watching the kids play and the parents sit nearby with a smile on their faces "will i ever have that" Issei thought so far that wasn't looking like a likely outcome granted there was still plenty of time since he hadn't even started high school yet he had long forgotten the reason he had been walking around town bt the time he left the park to continue his journey through town he took notice of how empty the streets had become he could have sworn that people were usually still walking around at this time.
He also got this feeling of foreboding like if he didn't head home soon then something bad was going to happen also he felt that he was being watched by someone or something when he turned around to scan his surroundings that feeling increased but no matter how hard he searched or no matter in what direction he looked he couldn't find what he was looking for so he continued walking then he got a chill down his spine after that everything vanished he looked around some more but found nothing whatever it was must have been his imagination.
He went home to sleep for his first day at Kuoh academy tomorrow he made sure to get new supplies for his new school except his lucky backpack its a red and black backpack with a dragon on it he also got his school uniform which is a white shirt jacket with short sleeves with black stripes with a collar wearing a red undershirt with black pants and red white and black shoes the main shoe color is red the holes and laces are white with a black sole he heads to the school to get registered for his classes luckily there's someone there in the office.
While waiting in line in front of him he sees a blonde hair boy dressed the same as him but he's wearing an orange and black backpack with a fox on it also his shoes are orange with white holes and laces with a white sole he gets registered as well his name is Naruto Uzumaki and he's one year ahead of him in class 2-B Issei gets registered but before his paperwork is final he asks "if they have an archery team and a kendo team" the person at the desk smiles and says "the boy in front of you asked the same question but for right now it's only girls who can be on those teams ".
He gets the paperwork done frowns then heads home disappointed in how he won't get to compete anymore before he dies in 3 years according to his doctors he will be dead by his 18th birthday so he does what he usually does watches an anime that he heard about from other people then watches a movie followed by reading the books on his summer reading list then making dinner then shower then goes to bed for the day he just hopes that things change before he dies.
It was a sunny day with a nice breeze making it the perfect day to be called a summer day the only downfall to the day would be that it is the first day of school granted it's still early enough for students to be milling about on school property waiting the day to prperly begin most were lounging about either in the shade of the trees found on the campus or inside sitting at their desk a few others were outside sitting at a table watching as chess games were being played.
Unknown to anyone one of the two currently playing chess Sona Shitori the student council vice president the one that was winning and had won all of the games before as well glanced up after feeling two huge presences wash over her though if someone if someone had noticed they could just say she was curious Sona, still watching was curious now as she could see two boys watching her play one was a boy with brown hair dressed in the academy uniform with a red undershirt what was really interesting to her regarding the first boy was that the power she felt from him was both hot and cold to her devilish senses.
The second boy was dressed in the academy uniform but had a dark orange undershirt plus his exotic features threw her for a loop he had the brightest blonde hair that she has ever seen plus 3 whisker marks on each cheek also he feels the same as Rias's queen Akeno but only alot more purer older and more powerful infact his power feels stronger than her and Rias put together as well as their siblings she already knows who she wants in her peerage or even in her group of friends but she has to play this carefully.
The blonde hair boy sits in front her he smiles at her then asks "mind a match from what everyone around us is saying you're a whiz at chess so you've got to be really good then" She says "very well you're the only first year male i haven't gotten a chance to play yet which side do you want?" "Ladies first so you pick the sides and by the way i'm a second year" Sona's lips twitched at his words as she thought 'at least he has manners' but she was taken back when she processed that he was a second year the same as her.
Sona set up the board then spun so that Naruto would be playing the white pieces "forcing me me to have the first move by giving me white that's a good way to test the waters and be able to react to any strategy i make"Naruto stated in amusement Sona smirked happy he didn't seem to have any ill will towards her for doing this unlike the las person who noticed Naruto smiled back at her as he made his move five minutes into the game Sona was starting to notice how easily he was countering her strategies all the while seeing like he was making random moves.
On the sidelines however Issei was watching with rapt attention but as the game progressed he was getting confused so he asked Naruto about how to play the game Naruto could see his dilemma so he was explaining the finer points of the game while not getting too complicated as the two chatted not just about chess but other games or books that they read tv shows that they watched with Naruto not even paying attention to the game yet was still brilliantly battling against Sona.
Studying the board Sona winced when she had to sacrifice her queen wondering just how talented Naruto was at chess to be besting her without even looking as he continued to chat with the new boy who she later learned was named issei and the one facing her was named Naruto a few turns later Naruto had promoted most of his pawns to rooks bishops and knights Sona had put up a struggle after that but in the end she lost "Giving up already " a random boy taunted Naruto when he stood up " No he won .... he's got me in checkmate there's no way i can move my king and it can't sit still without being taken either."
At this point everyone just stared at the board in shock they knew how good Sona was Naruto however just offered his hand "great game that was the best match i've ever had though let me know if you want a rematch i'll play you anytime" after the crowd that was watching dissipated and Naruto walked off with Issei leaving Sona and her peerage all of whom were flabbergasted as he had beaten her in chess the one thing preventing her parents from marrying her pf as part pf an arranged marriage yet Naruto didn't know it he didn't know that by beating her according to the agreement she had with her parents Naruto now had become her fiance finally the silence was broken by the cackling from Sona's queen and friend Tsubaki the grin she had made the blushing bride to be rush to stop her but it was too late "i call dibs on telling your sister about her new soon to be brother in law".
"Sona to what do i owe this visit"
Rias Gremory the girl most lusted after in the school asker her rival and friend as Sona entered the old school building during her free time to speak with her "well we always agreed to tell each other when we found a prospective peerage member to avoid fighting over them i don't want any misunderstandings so i figured it'd be best to inform you" Sona said pointedly as Rias just shrugged at her after all it wasn't common knowledge but back when her rook Koneko was supposed to be executed it was Sona's older sister who rescued the poor girl the only reason that she is apart of Rias's peerage is because lord Gremory bribed the council into letting Rias revive her first.
While Sirsechs and Serafall were pissed off they had to help hide the scandal so as to avoid fighting between households in the devil community they didn't want the girls to hurt each other but the damage was already done Sona never fully trusts rias after that but over the years they had been slowly mending their relationship not mentioning that Serafall had given her three mutated pieces one rook one bishop and one knight.
"oh good i've also found a potential peerage member i one of the actually"
Second year Naruto Uzumaki is my claimed prospect" Sona spoke immediately getting a scoff from rias
" He's powerless you can have him though i'm going for the boy he's been talking to lately i sense a strong type of magic in him though its hard to tell which kind kind he has since they spend so much time together but he should be useful to my situation"
Sona's queen Tsubaki who was wither and using telepathy spoke to her king ' that poor boy is just going to be used by her and tossed aside once she's done with him i can only hope that he survives this ordeal'
"Very well Rias i'll mark him off as yours when do you plan to tell him"
Sona questioned as she marked something on her ever present clipboard masking the fact she was communicating with her queen it was a special trick Serafall had taught Sona and her peerage to use in emergencies
"When he dies" Rias responded to the question casually looking out the window and down at the area outside a few meters away from the old school building also about 50 feet away from the kendo club building she saw Issei napping on the ground under a tree Sona however got this pit in her stomach then she decided to ask something that she has never asked Rias before something that she's always been afraid to ask but now those fears are gone as she slams her clipboard on the table with a loud thud breaking it and cracking the table.
Upon hearing the loud noise Rias turns around then sees her table as cracks all the way through it also Sona's clipboard has shattered into a hundred pieces she's a little nervous but listens when Sona tells her to sit down she does Akeno comes into the room after hearing the commotion seeing Rias's queen makes Sona a bit annoyed because she just blindly follows what Rias says without any thought to the consequences unless its about her looks or about boys.
"Akeno i wanna know the truth are you aware of what your king plans to do with Issei Hyoudou "
Akeno sighs then says " not in complete detail but i know the plan is to wait for him to die then reincarnate him as a devil"
Sona asks Rias " lets say that he's able to get you out of your engagement what happens to him then after you have him killed to be in your peerage"
Rias sighs then says" i haven't really thought that far ahead besides even if he does get me out of this engagement why should i care about a boy who's basically like all the rest only lusting after my body and wanting me for my beauty or title instead of me"
Sona sighs then asks " how are you sure that he's nothing but a pervert have you been following him or have you learned anything from his background like i did he will surprise you"
Rias asks "what about him could possibly surprise me or even make me interested in him "
Sona says " how about the fact that he's an orphan with no family who's been alone since the 4th grade"
Hearing this shocks everyone there including Tsubaki who never knew this about the boy Sona says if you wanna find out more cancel the death plan on him or i'll tell him that his new master is going to toss him away after he does a favor for her Rias gets frantic then says "i haven't even put it in motion yet it was just an idea i had because i was worried that he would run away once he hears what i am."
