Chapter 4302 - 4302

Chapter 4302: The Space of a Chaos Realm Completion Expert

Lin Moyu dispersed every Great Dao and rule in the area, leaving this region in a state of absolute vacuum, a true nothingness where no law existed.

Since ordinary methods couldn't uncover anything, perhaps, in an environment stripped bare of rules, something would reveal itself.

All undead servitors had been withdrawn their presence would disturb the vacuum.

In this state, Lin Moyu could not perceive with his Domain Lord vision, for rules no longer existed here.

Relying only on his eyes, he scanned the void. Nothing stood out. The enemy's concealment method was even more advanced than he had estimated.

But he had another method.

Reaching through, he connected to the Vast World (大千世界) a projection rose behind him, not terribly large, but independent, providing him with its own source of power.

Swoosh!

The Wings of Chaos unfurled, vibrating lightly, stirring a soft breeze.

The breeze seemed harmless, without fire or distortion, yet where it passed, ripples of chaos appeared in space time itself.

Lin Moyu controlled it carefully the chaotic turbulence was not destructive, only a gentle disturbance of time and space.

Chaos was merely a surface appearance; to him, even disorder followed patterns. Only when those patterns broke was chaos truly absolute.

The chaotic winds interwove into a great net, sweeping across the region in a carpet like search.

The winds weren't fast given the size of this region, it would take decades for them to comb through every corner.

But Lin Moyu believed he wouldn't be so unlucky; it shouldn't take that long.

The Wings of Chaos beat steadily, without haste. He knew he could be facing a Heaven Earth Supreme's trap he had no choice but to move slowly and cautiously.

Meanwhile, in the real world, his true body accompanied Little Mist and the others, guiding them toward breaking through to Dao Lord.

A year later, the Lord of Slaughter and the Human Emperor clashed again. This time the Human Emperor was prepared; the two fought to a draw, neither seizing advantage.

The Jianmu Emperor returned once more to his Spirit Domain, but now behaved far more cautiously.

That one strike from Lin Moyu had left it with bone deep terror it knew Lin Moyu could kill it at any time.

No matter how great its fury, it could only suppress it, perhaps for all eternity.

After three years, Lin Moyu suddenly opened his eyes from meditation. A faint smile touched his lips.

"Finally… found it."

From the net woven of chaotic winds, a response had appeared.

It was a speck no larger than a pinprick yet it blended seamlessly with the fabric of the virtual realm.

It absorbed energy from its surroundings to disguise itself, and could pass through anything; even undead servitors touching it would slip right through as if nothing existed.

No wonder it had evaded detection before.

Only under the confusion of chaotic winds, which it could not exploit as camouflage, had it finally emerged.

Lin Moyu approached, carefully observing.

With his soul as his eye, he condensed spiritual force into a sharp needle, sliding it inside.

"A Chaos Rune!"

Within, a symbol of chaos barred his entry, functioning as a gate to reject outsiders.

On its surface, flashing light flickered; studying the light's rhythm, Lin Moyu realized every so often, the rune opened to draw in outside energy.

That was the right time to enter; the Lord of Slaughter had stumbled in by sheer luck, during such an opening.

But Lin Moyu would not wait who knew when the rune would open again?

Instead, he studied it directly.

He had encountered Chaos Runes before. Though they stood above Divine Runes (神符), the logic remained the same; soon, he grasped the solution.

From the beginning, when he first saw Chaos Runes, he had realized his talent in this field exceeded ordinary reasoning.

What to others was impossibly complex, to him seemed only natural.

At first he had thought this talent came from some higher being. Later, when he learned of his ties to the Catastrophic Supreme, he assumed it came from him.

But, after more understanding, he knew it was not so.

The Supreme indeed mastered Chaos Runes but the sharpness of Lin Moyu's comprehension already surpassed even him.

That was unimportant. What mattered was that this rune was not overly advanced and could be broken.

Drawing on the Chaotic Ancestral Tree, Lin Moyu borrowed a wisp of chaos itself. Carefully, he formed it into a matching rune of his own design.

It was his first personally drawn Chaos Rune not much different than forming a Divine Rune.

Whoosh!

The rune shot forward, slotting into the barrier like a key.

The tiny pinprick hole suddenly widened, swelling into a gateway to a colossal independent space, spanning billions of miles.

Lin Moyu's eyes narrowed.

"A space between realms…"

This space resided between the virtual and real, neither entirely in the virtual world nor in reality.

The construction was ingenious: hidden within folds of space itself, its secrecy nearly perfect.

Stepping forward, he entered without hesitation.

Though this was only an avatar, within the Five Domain World, Lin Moyu's avatars were equally undefeated he feared no danger.

Once inside, the Chaos Rune that had served as the gate did not dissolve its lingering presence kept the door open.

Through it, domain power was pouring continuously into the space, another reason for his confidence.

The independent space itself exuded a strange aura.

"This doesn't belong to the Five Domains…

"And it can absorb and refine the Great Dao of the Five Domains, converting it into its own power. Not a bad arrangement."

From the lingering breath, Lin Moyu inferred the realm's master.

"It seems this was crafted by… a Chaos Realm Completion expert.

"Not a Supreme but still immensely powerful. Much stronger, at least, than I am now."

Yet Lin Moyu judged that this space likely did not host its master it was only a contingency left behind.

He wandered forward, unhurried. Behind him, more and more of the Five Domain World's powers flooded in, soon to claim the majority of this realm for himself.

Once that happened, he would be master here all within the space would bend to his will.

Ahead, several vast rivers appeared, each flowing from different directions, converging toward one place.

Within them surged the power of the Five Domain World's Great Daos, guided to a single nexus.

At that place floated a vast, ancient castle, resting upon the sea those Dao rivers poured into.

Though aged, its workmanship was immaculate, intricate in every detail.

"Quite the taste…" Lin Moyu muttered.

With one step, he appeared before it.

The Eye of the Undead swept through within, he caught sight of several faint soul flames lingering.
