'After a few hours of hard work, I managed to raise her submission to 60. Not bad, not bad at all.' After sending Tsubaki back, Yusuke strolled around, thinking about his progress. He felt he'd done a good job today. 'But advancing further is going to get complicated. Tsubaki isn't as easy to handle as Aika and Murayama.'
After leaving the coffee shop, both of them went on a 'date'. They went to the arcade, played multiple games. Yusuke even used the cliché claw machine scene and got her a panda toy plush, which made her extremely happy; she tightly held that toy between her chest.
After the arcade, they went to the cinema to watch a movie, then grabbed something to eat at a restaurant. After that, Yusuke sent her back to her place. By all intents and purposes, it was a date. Both of them knew it was a date. But Yusuke never actually said it was a date.
It started like a date, went on like a date, ended like a date, but Yusuke would never admit it was a date.
He even flirted with her implicitly, making her flustered to raise her submission value. But he always acted like it was unintentional. He mainly did this because he knew it would boost her confidence and might push her to do something drastic if she thought he was attracted to her.
Especially since she knew he was in an unclear relationship with two other women. Yusuke was sure she knew this too because both women never hid their affection for him at school.
If Tsubaki thought she had a chance at Yusuke's heart, it was almost certain she would end up in direct conflict with the other two girls, or even worse, try to kidnap him.
'It's time for work. I spent way too much on that date today,' Yusuke thought, patting his pocket. He hadn't actually spent a huge amount compared to his past, but considering his current "wealth," it felt expensive. For now, he walked the streets searching for 'potential customers'.
Late evening was prime time for 'job hunting.' Yusuke didn't go back to the same area as last time. He didn't want to kill all the fish by overfishing. Instead, he randomly walked to another spot that looked promising for 'fish' to gather.
'Maybe this time, after taking my protection fees, I should ask if they know where the Yakuzas gather. Who knows, maybe they do,' Yusuke thought as he walked past neon-lit nightclubs and casinos. He went deeper into an alley and saw many girls in skimpy clothes lined up on both sides. Some were talking to middle-aged men, others smoked cigarettes while eyeing the passersby, and a few just stood scrolling on their phones.
These women were undoubtedly prostitutes. It seemed he had unknowingly wandered into some of the tachinbo spots.
Yusuke ignored the girls and walked quickly. He worried one of them might turn into a yandere and chase him, too. He was already overwhelmed dealing with five. After everything, Yusuke started fearing places with lots of women. Heck, he even regretted going to Kuoh Academy with its huge number of female students and teachers.
'Never thought being around women could be this scary,' he thought.
Clang!
He walked over to a vending machine and grabbed a soft drink. One neat thing about Japan was how vending machines were everywhere, selling almost anything you could think of.
Unlike last time, it took Yusuke some actual effort to find any customers. He only spotted them after downing his drink. He squeezed the bottle flat and stuffed it into his pocket. One of the more annoying things about Japan was the lack of trash bins when you needed one.
Four yellow-haired men, all seemingly in their early twenties, were hanging around a bench. Two sat on it, one squatted on the ground, and the last leaned lazily against a lamppost. They were all smoking, and a few empty green bottles lay scattered on the ground in front of them.
Yusuke's eyes lit up, and a wide grin spread across his face. Without a moment's hesitation, he dashed forward and grabbed the man leaning against the wall by the back of the neck, hoisting him up like a sack of rice. He casually waved at the others. "Yo!"
"Ryuuji!" one of them shouted.
"The fuck?! Who the hell are you!?"
"Hands off Ryuuji, ya damn prick!"
"You got a death wish or somethin'?!"
The three men jumped to their feet, furious. The one who had been squatting snatched a bottle, smashed it against the ground, and pointed the jagged edge at Yusuke.
"I don't care who the fuck sent you, let go of Ryuuji, give us your fucking wallet, and maybe we'll let you leave this place with your limbs still attached!"
Clang!
Another one followed his buddy's lead, grabbed a bottle, and smashed it on the ground. He snarled at Yusuke, "The hell ya waitin' for, dumbass!? You wanna die!?"
"Oyaa! Quit yappin' already, let's just waste this bastard!" The last guy didn't mess around. He yanked out a butterfly knife from his belt, gave it a flashy spin, then dashed straight at Yusuke.
Yusuke casually tossed the man he was holding to the side. The guy hit the ground, rolled over, and stared at Yusuke in horror. Only he knew exactly how it felt to be grabbed by the back of the neck like a helpless cat, powerless to fight back or move.
He rushed at Yusuke with his knife. Gotta give him props, he was pretty fast. But to Yusuke's enhanced vision and reflexes, he looked like a slow turtle. Yusuke stepped to the side, reached out, and grabbed his wrist, squeezing tightly. The guy let out a painful cry and dropped the knife. Without missing a beat, Yusuke slammed his knee into the man's stomach.
"Agh!" The guy's eyes nearly popped out from the pain as he crumpled to the ground.
By the time he finished with the first, the other two were already on him, brandishing broken bottles, trying to stab with the sharp edges. Yusuke's body moved fluidly between them, and before they even realized what happened, both felt sharp pain in their chest and stomach and collapsed to the ground.
Yusuke moved over to the knife guy and started searching his clothes. He found the wallet, took out the money, and tossed it back at him. Then he went to the other three, fumbled through their pockets, grabbed their wallets, and took the cash.
"This is my fee for teaching you a lesson. Next time, don't pick a fight you can't win, alright, kids?" He threw a wallet at one of them and walked off.
The four men stared at his receding back, their faces flushed with anger. They wanted to scream, 'You're the one who started this fight, bastard!'
"The haul this time is decent," Yusuke said as he walked a bit, counting the money. It was over 95,000 yen(640$), not bad at all. Suddenly, he smacked his forehead and exclaimed, "Damn, I forgot to ask if they know any Yakuza!"
"Whatever, I'll ask next time," Yusuke shook his head and kept walking. He didn't want to go back and check on them because who knew if they would still be there. It had been a long day. Time to head home and maybe give Murayama or Aika a massage, or even better, have both of them come over to spend the night.
[Host, be careful! There is—]
Before it could finish, a chuckle came from behind him. "Found you~!"
"Who?" Yusuke spun around and saw a blond woman looking down at him. She wore a goth outfit and was petite, almost like a loli, her black wings fluttering in the air.
'She's not a Yandere, right?' he asked.
[No.]
"Strong magic power, impressive physical strength, and reaction speed. Hmm, it must be you who killed Dohnaseek," Mittelt said with a smirk.
This was the area she had been assigned to search for the culprit behind Dohnaseek's death. Honestly, she was just like Kalawarna, too lazy to search properly. She lay on a high rooftop, watching the lowly humans go about their meaningless lives.
But Yusuke's sudden appearance caught her attention from afar. The high magic power radiating from him was impossible to miss. At first, she thought he looked interesting and wanted to have some fun with him before killing him. However, after seeing how easily he handled the mobs like they were children, she became suspicious.
His physical strength seemed far greater than even hers. Considering Dohnaseek's injuries, it had to be someone with immense physical power.
Yusuke's face twisted.
The sadistic gothic loli caught the reaction and laughed obnoxiously, "Looks like my guess was right haha, but even if I was wrong, I would still kill you hahahaha."
"Kalawarna, Raynare, I found the killer," she laughed as she contacted her two fallen angel companions.
After all, this man had killed Dohnaseek alone. She wasn't about to be careless and get killed or let him escape.
"Try to stop him. I'm close by and will be there soon," Kalawarna's voice came through from the other side.
Yusuke cursed in his mind, clenching his fist.
Without hesitation, he dashed toward the blonde loli, pouring strength into his legs before leaping straight at her.
"Kyaa!" Mittelt gave out a startled cry, flapping her wings frantically to evade him, but unfortunately, she was a moment too late. Yusuke's fist smashed into her left leg with a loud crack, and her leg broke.
"Ahhhh!" A loud, piercing cry echoed as she flapped her wings even more frantically. The terrible pain in her leg twisted her originally cute loli face into a very ugly expression. "My leg! Damn human! How dare you!"
"How dare you hurt me!" A pink light spear emerged in her hand as she threw it at Yusuke.
Bang!
Yusuke lightly tapped the ground and jumped to the side. The spear hit where he'd just been, exploding into pieces. Large and small rocks scattered everywhere.
Swoosh!
Yusuke picked up one of the rock pieces and threw it at her with all his strength. The rock shot forward at high speed.
But the loli fallen angel was much more alert this time.
The moment Yusuke grabbed the rock, she flapped her wings and kept moving nonstop, making it hard to land a hit.
In the end, the rock blew past her shoulder by about 30 centimeters.
'Let's see how much you can evade this time'
Yusuke picked another rock and threw it at her. He was much more confident and steady dealing with this fallen angel this time. Though it was inconvenient fighting someone who could fly, Yusuke couldn't complain about that.
"Die! Die! Die! Human!" Mittel dodged the rock wildly, her eyes flashing red with anger and humiliation. She hurled spears of light at him while shouting like crazy.
She was furious!
She wouldn't be this pissed if her opponent were an exorcist with magic bullets or holy swords. But this fucking human clearly didn't know any spells and was just using brute strength, throwing rocks to corner her.
Bang!
Another larger stone streaked past her, grazing a strand of her blond hair and smashing into the apartment wall behind her, making a hole. That silenced Mittelt and drained the color from her face.
'I hope no one is nearby'
Her eyes widened as she hurriedly flapped her wings higher. If that rock had been a few inches to the left, it would have blasted her head!
'That was close! This human bastard is getting more and more skilled!' Fear started to take over her anger, and she began thinking about escaping. The good thing was that this human couldn't fly. She still held the initiative and could get away whenever she wanted.
"Mittelt!" Just as she was considering whether to escape, a familiar voice called out from behind. She turned to look and saw the blue-haired Kalawarna approaching. Mittelt's face lit up. She had never thought she'd be this happy to see Kalawarna.
"Kalawarna, with your help, this stupid human is dead meat! Haha!" Mittelt's obnoxious laughter returned as she flew over to Kalawarna excitedly.
'Kalawarna-sensei? The hot English teacher is also a fallen angel' Yusuke's eyes were filled with shock for a while after calming himself down.
On the other hand, Kalawarna's face was expressionless. Her eyes moved between Yusuke and Mittelt, fire burning in them, especially when she saw the dust on Yusuke's clothes and face, and the hostile look he was giving her.
"Mittelt, let's finish this human together," Kalawarna said seriously as she turned to Mittelt, a golden spear of light forming in her hand.
Mittelt nodded, and a pink spear of light appeared in her hand. She flew next to Kalawarna and faced Yusuke. It was only when she was close to her friend that she regained her sense of safety and confidence. "Stupid human, I'll make you taste hell for humiliating—"
Poof!
Her arrogant speech came to an abrupt halt as a spear of light suddenly pierced her back and shot out through her chest. Blood sprayed. Mittelt stiffly turned her head to glance at the one who had pierced her with their thick and long spear, shock, disbelief, and confusion written all over her face.
"Why..."
"You shouldn't have hurt my Yusuke. Because we were once friends, I'll give you a painless death." Kalawarna's face was void of emotion, and her voice was cold. She pulled back her hand, and the spear of light disintegrated into glowing particles.
Thud!
With nothing to support her, Mittelt collapsed to the ground, blood trailing from the hole in her body.
"Kala...warna...why?" Her body twitched as she whispered after hitting the ground. Unfortunately for her, no answer came. The light in her eyes faded. She was dead.
'What is happening? ' Everything changed so fast, completely shocking Yusuke. One moment he was ready to kill his teacher and her goth loli, the next his teacher pierced the loli from behind!
Kalawarna slowly landed and walked toward Yusuke. The click of her heels on the ground snapped him back to focus. He clenched his fist and narrowed his eyes. "What do you want?"
"Don't be alarmed, Yusuke, I am not your enemy," Kalawarna said, raising both hands as she walked, twisting her waist. "Sorry for not coming earlier. It's my fault for letting this dirty thing harm you." She walked past Mittelt's corpse, her face contorting with anger and disgust as she gave it a hard kick.
"This is not how I wanted to meet you, Yusuke," Kalawarna said with a complex expression as she approached him. Noticing his alertness, she stopped once she was at a safe distance. "I didn't know you were the one who killed Dohnaseek. Otherwise, I wouldn't have allowed that bitch to lay a hand on you."
Just the thought that anyone could've hurt Yusuke made Kalawarna's blood boil. If it hadn't been her nearby, but Raynare instead, Yusuke's life might've been in serious danger! That alone made her shudder in fear. Involuntarily, her legs moved, trying to get closer to him to check if he was injured.
"Stop." Yusuke said coldly, "Who are you?!"
Sadness flashed across Kalawarna's face as she spoke. "You already know my name. I am Kalawarna, a fallen angel. This blonde bitch and the trash you killed were my companions. But don't worry, Yusuke, I'm not your enemy. I won't even try to hurt you!"
Yusuke narrowed his eyes and asked.
He'd already guessed from Kalawarna's actions and words that she was a yandere, but he still clung to some false hope that maybe his assumption was wrong.
"Because I love you, Yusuke! I love you so much!" Kalawarna brought her hand to her chest and spoke with a soft voice, but Yusuke could sense the depth of her emotions.
"I love you more than sleep on a cold night, more than the first breath after drowning. I love you like the sky loves the stars. Even when you're far, even when you don't notice I'm there, I still exist for you." Her voice grew louder as she spoke, her eyes misting over with tears starting to well up.
"My heart beats like it's chasing you. Even when I close my eyes, you're the only thing I see. I love you more than silence in a loud world, more than peace in a storm, more than I should, but I do."
"But I've watched you. Every day. Every second. I memorized the way you walk, the way you smile at stupid things, how you scratch your head when you're thinking. I even know how your voice sounds when you talk to yourself, thinking no one's listening."
"I love you, Yusuke, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you!" Kalawarna's eyes turned red, pink hearts swirling in her pupils.
Yusuke froze for a second.

'I want a break, really... Is it too much to ask?' Yusuke closed his eyes and thought helplessly.
His hands were full dealing with the five Yanderes. If it had been back when he was dealing with only one Yandere, he might have been more excited.
'By the way, how did you easily notice that Rias and Akeno were both Yandere and not detect Kalawarna was Yandere all this while?' He thought of something.
[Because she never exhibited any traits of a Yandere. She had been hiding herself very well. On the other hand, the two devils Rias and Akeno showed their obsession the moment they saw you. It was easy to pick up.]
[I repeat, although I do have the ability to scan others, my abilities are limited to your level. I cannot use it until you reach the required level.]
After her love confession, it was as if all the restraints she had placed on herself began to crumble slowly. Kalawarna's face twisted into an expression of obsession, her heart-shaped pupils glowing with a creepy light.
She walked slowly toward Yusuke, speaking in a low, feverish voice, hot steam escaping her lips. "Yusuke, I know that this startled you, but don't worry. I will work hard to make you love me back."
"We will be happy together."
"Forever~"
Kalawarna's chest heaved, bouncing as she got closer to him. The sight of his face up close made her heart race. The feeling of uncontrollable love dominated her body and mind.
"Yusuke..."
Subconsciously, her hand reached out and touched his face, her slender finger caressing his cheek. A strange, sweet, electrifying feeling surged from her fingertip all the way to her heart, making her mind go blank for a split second. This was the first direct contact she had with him!
"Kalawarna-sensei... I'll call you Kalawarna," Yusuke grabbed her hand and said seriously. "I appreciate your feelings for me, but right now I can't accept them."
For now, he just wanted to put her on hold until he finished Tsubaki's quest. Then he'd figure out how to deal with Kalawarna. Maybe the rewards from Tsubaki's quest would make it easier.
However, perhaps because Yusuke still hadn't fully grasped a Yandere's psyche, he forgot the one thing they hated most, being turned down by the person they loved.
"Yusuke, you hate me?" Kalawarna's face changed instantly, turning pale. Her other hand reached out and grabbed his shoulder as she spoke frantically. Her emotions were so out of control that her two black wings flapped chaotically, scattering feathers into the air.
"Do you hate me because of my identity? Because I am a fallen angel?!"
"Calm down, calm down, I never said that I hate you!" Yusuke held both her hands and tried to calm her.
"It must be! Those two trash hurt you before! You must hate fallen angels, that's why you hate me, right?" Kalawarna shook her head and spoke in a desolate voice.
Just like any other Yandere, Kalawarna's mind instantly came up with a justified reason for Yusuke turning her down. He hated her because of what the fallen angels had done.
"Can you shut up for a second?" Yusuke tightened his grip on her palm and spoke with a fed-up voice.
"I never said that I hate you." Once she finally stopped talking, Yusuke spoke patiently, trying to buy himself some time, maybe a few days until he finished Tsubaki's quest. "I just need some time to process this."
However, Kalawarna was clearly not satisfied. Her head slumped, blue hair falling over her face as her shoulders shook visibly. When she lifted her head, tears poured down as her eyes turned red.
"You're lying to me! Lying! Why are you with those bitches but refuse me?! That slut Aika clearly confessed to you like a shameless slut, shouting her masochistic fantasies!"
Golden light began to radiate from her body as she stared at him with desperate eyes. "I love you, Yusuke! You must also love me, right?"
"Right?"
"If it's because of my race, I can cut off my wings!" Kalawarna gripped her black wings and twisted them. "If you want to take revenge on the fallen angels, I'll kill them for you!" She yanked harder, feathers scattering across the ground. Her hands trembled, but she kept pulling.
"..." Yusuke couldn't follow her train of thought. Sure, he had a bad impression of the fallen angels, but that didn't mean he hated her. Why was she still stuck on that idea?!
"Or maybe it's because of those sluts?" Suddenly, Kalawarna stopped what she was doing and thought of Aika and Murayama.
"Yes! It must be them!" She let go of her wings, ignoring the pain stabbing through them and her back. Gritting her teeth, her eyes blazed with hatred. "They tricked you into thinking you loved them! They're trying to take you from me!"
"If they're gone, no one will come between us!"
"You will be mine! Mine! Only mine!"
Kalawarna's face was inches from his, but the obsession burning deep in her eyes revealed a not-so-hidden truth to Yusuke.
If he didn't accept her love willingly now, she would make sure he did by force.
"Are you threatening me?" Yusuke's face darkened. Just as he was starting to feel sorry for her, her words sparked his anger.
He let go of her and pushed her away, his expression cold. "Listen, I tried to reason with you, but it seems you don't get it"
"I told you to give me time! Is it that hard to understand basic human language?!" Yusuke ignored her shocked face and continued. "And I am not 'yours,' I don't belong to anyone! Remember that. "
He had tried to handle Yanderes with civilized methods from now on, but it seemed not everyone was like Tsubaki. Kalawarna just had to push the wrong buttons
"Yu-Yusuke..." Kalawarna stumbled back two steps, shock making her breath stagnate. She couldn't believe it... No, she couldn't accept it! How could Yusuke, her beloved Yusuke, speak to her like that? Saying something so hateful, so cruel!
Why? Why? Why!?
It had to be them! Those bitches. They bewitched him. Tricked him!
It was all their fault!
She had to save him! Show him the bright side of the world. Free him from their lies and deceit!
For that cause, she would do anything, even if it hurt him a little. It was all for the greater good!
"They tricked Yusuke... my Yusuke... I'll fix it... I'll fix everything!" Staring at Yusuke's cold face, hesitation flickered across Kalawarna's features. Her hands trembled for a moment before her expression hardened, and the shaking stopped.
Golden light gathered in her palms, and two spears appeared. "Yusuke, even if it hurts me deeply, I will save you!"
Swoosh!
She hated seeing Yusuke hurt more than anything. It pained her more than any pain he could feel. But to get Yusuke back, she was ready to endure anything.
Once she saved him, once he woke and saw the truth, he would know who his true love was and stay with her forever!
Kalawarna flung her hand, and the spear of light shot toward Yusuke, aiming straight for his thigh.
The distance between them was already very short. In a fraction of a second, the spear was nearly at Yusuke.
Yusuke's pupils shrank at the sudden attack. Without thinking, his body moved first, and he jumped back immediately.
Boom!
The light spear slammed into the concrete, leaving a hole as dust and debris scattered everywhere. Yusuke stared at the wound on his thigh, blood dripping from a gash about four or five inches long.
Although he reacted instantly and dodged the attack, the spear's close range still grazed him, leaving a wound.
Swoosh!
"I'm sorry, Yusuke! I'm doing this for you. One day you'll understand my pain!" Kalawarna threw another spear at him, aiming at his thigh again. Her words sounded apologetic, but her expression was the opposite, cold and ruthless.
Yusuke exerted strength in his leg, but the pain made him wince. He hopped into the air, dodging the spear, and shot straight toward her.
He didn't know what got into this woman's mind, but he knew one thing. This woman needed a good beating!
Boom!
He punched with all his might. The air recoiled, and his sleeves shredded into pieces.
Bang!
The air was pushed away with a loud sound, black feathers scattering everywhere. Still, Kalawarna remained safe, flying above with the same cold expression as she looked down at Yusuke and threw another spear.
He jumped to the left, easily evading, but his eyes suddenly widened. He hadn't landed before another spear flew straight at him.
Yusuke cursed as he brought both arms together to block the spear.
Boom!
The spear hit him directly, blasting him away.
His body slammed into the wall before crashing to the ground.
"Aghh!" With a painful cry, Yusuke rolled onto his back. Both his hands dropped to the ground. Although they weren't completely pierced and his bones didn't break, there was still a large hole in his right arm. Tendons were torn, and blood seeped out. The flesh of both hands was charred black, giving off a disgusting smell.
Kalawarna slowly landed on the ground, the sharp sound of her heels echoing as she approached Yusuke. "Yusuke, this may hurt you for a while, but soon...very soon, you'll understand. You'll see how deeply I care for you."
Her eyes glinted with madness as she continued, "When you finally recognize those whores for what they truly are, you'll know who your only real lover is in this world."
A twisted smile curled her lips. "And then, I'll make sure they suffer for daring to touch what's mine. Slowly. Painfully. My precious Yusuke..."
Staring at Yusuke's agonized state, Kalawarna's eyes glowed with mad glee, excitement clear on her face. She stared at him obsessively, her heart pounding so hard it echoed through the empty valley.
Yusuke had been subdued by her! She could take him anywhere and do all the things lovers do!
Like having sex, and having sex, and more sex!
Kalawarna would be the one to open his eyes, to peel away the lies those two scheming whores had planted in his mind. She'd save him, even if it hurt, even if he hated her at first.
Soon, he'd understand.
Soon, he'd see exactly who truly loved him!
'Lets kill her' Yusuke growled. His eyes darted as her red heels came closer. The pain was so intense he felt like passing out. His flesh was still sizzling from the lingering heat.
He'd severely underestimated Kalawarna. After battling two fallen angels, he'd grown complacent, let his guard down around her.
'System, assign two points to Spirit and two to Agility!' Resisting the pain, Yusuke gritted his teeth and roared mentally.
[Ding!]
[Stats have been successfully allocated!]
- Stats:
- Strength: 4.
- Agility: 6.
- Spirit: 6.
- Physique: 4.]
As soon as the system's voice faded, Yusuke felt warm energy flood his entire body. His spirit grew much stronger, his body lighter, and his reactions many times faster.
Before, his spirit and agility were eight times greater than peak humans. Now they were thirty-two times stronger.
[Host, remember you must keep a balance between your stats and physique. Right now, you are at the limit of what your body can handle.]
Yusuke ignored the system and frantically activated Healing Touch. A soft green glow enveloped his charred arms as flesh knitted itself back together at visible speed. At the same time, he rolled onto his back and pushed himself up with his elbows to stand again.
"A healing magic?!" Kalawarna's euphoric expression vanished instantly. Without hesitation, two more spears of light appeared, and she threw them at Yusuke. She would never let him recover from his injuries!
"Why are you resisting me so much?! I'm doing this for your sake!"
Bang! Bang!
Her reaction was fast, and her decision was correct. Unfortunately, Yusuke's speed this time was many times faster than before. His figure blurred, leaving afterimages behind. The spears of light slammed into the ground, missing him completely. When he reappeared, he was already far from the impact area.
'This skill is useful, but it consumes quite a bit of energy,' Yusuke thought as he activated it over ten times before finally being able to move both his hands. There were still traces of burns, but he could use them just fine now, and the pain had lessened significantly. However, his spirit had been cut by two-thirds.
He stopped healing because he didn't want to run out of magic. If that happened, he might start feeling dizzy or, worse, pass out.
It had only been over a day since he killed that male fallen angel. He hadn't had time to find a weapon, nor the money to buy one yet.
This wasn't how he wanted to use his stats. He had planned to put them into agility and physique, but his injuries forced him to choose spirit instead
With high speed and a tough body, Yusuke could use himself as a weapon, ramming enemies at full speed and crushing them. And if he needed to escape, his high defense and speed would give him a much better chance of getting away.
All this time, he'd hesitated to add his stats because he hadn't fully made up his mind yet, waiting on future rewards before locking in his path. But thanks to this blue-haired Yandere , he was forced to scrap his plans completely!
He was once again reminded just how dangerous Yanderes are. She was as absurd as Murayama. With just a few words, she conjured a whole world of misunderstandings and assumptions and acted on them without the slightest hesitation.
Why can't all Yanderes just be sweet, pervy, and quirky like Aika?!
"Kalawarna!" Just then, with the sound of wings flapping, another person appeared. It was Raynare. She glanced at the battered ground, then at Mittel's dead body, before her eyes finally landed on Yusuke. When they did, she froze mid-air and went into a daze.
The man who had occupied her mind for the last 36 hours, 41 minutes, and 18 seconds stood before her. Raynare's lips parted and closed a few times, but no words came out. Her body betrayed her, cheeks burning, heart hammering against her ribs, all while her gaze remained locked on him in stunned paralysis.
"Raynare?" Kalawarna's expression darkened instantly. Her voice dripped with venom as she stared at her fellow fallen angel, eyes glinting with barely restrained hostility.
[NEW QUEST ISSUED]

Task: Raise Raynare's submission to 80%
Reward:
- 7,000 XP
- Fire Dragon Slayer Magic
- 2 Skill Points
Penalty: You're already fighting for your life, what worse punishment could there be?]
Great, another one.. And why Ex-Girlfriend?
Watching the woman before him, Yusuke had to admit she was hot, and her outfit was even hotter. Though if she were his pet, he wouldn't be okay with her going out dressed like that.
She was stunning, with long straight black hair and purple eyes. Her revealing black latex outfit barely covered her large breasts and the area beneath them. Her curvy figure was mostly exposed, wrapped only by a leather thong held in place by three thin straps around her hips. Like other fallen angels, she had large black wings. She wore a black choker, black thigh-high stockings, and elbow-length gloves completed the look.
The overall impression was less "fallen celestial being" and more "dominatrix who'd wandered out of a fetish club."
"What happened?!" Raynare snapped back at Kalawarna's call. She tried to tear her gaze away from Yusuke but failed miserably as she asked Kalawarna.
After Mittelt called for reinforcements, Kalawarna was closest. Raynare was far away, and it took her quite some time to get here.
Seeing Mittelt dead, Raynare's first reaction wasn't anger. In fact, she didn't seem to care. She was almost purely curious, her entire attention fixed on Yusuke.
"...I killed her," Kalawarna replied, her dark, cold eyes fixed on Raynare. Raynare had been acting strange since yesterday, repeatedly trying to learn about Yusuke. Kalawarna had sensed something off, and the way Raynare looked at Yusuke now only deepened her suspicion. It was like Raynare was in love with him.
Raynare's attention finally shifted from Yusuke to Kalawarna. Her expression turned just as cold as she whispered, "Why?" A red spear of light appeared in her hand.
"She tried to kill Yusuke," Kalawarna said, holding two spears in her hands. Despite knowing she was weaker than Raynare, Kalawarna showed no fear and spoke calmly. "First, help me subdue Yusuke, and we can talk about this later."
"She tried to kill him?" Hearing this, Raynare's cold expression turned ruthless. She glanced at Mittelt with pure hatred before replying, "Alright."
It may seem that Raynare agreed easily to Kalawarna's request, but actually, she had already assessed the situation beforehand, before speaking.
On the inside, she was very, very, very angry at both the dead trash Mittelt and the dumb bimbo bitch Kalawarna. Just when she had been planning on how to approach Yusuke, these two whores had to spoil everything!
Mittelt tried to fucking kill him, and from what she observed right now, it seemed that Kalawarna had also fallen out with him and was trying to forcibly kidnap him!
How was she supposed to get close to Yusuke like this?! Change her appearance and use a fake identity? That kind of trick would only work on weak humans with no magic power, and Yusuke's magic power was even stronger than hers!
In that case, the option available right now was to capture Yusuke with Kalawarna's help, and then kill the bitch and keep Yusuke for herself alone
At the same time, Kalawarna was thinking the exact same thing, she wanted to use Raynare's strength to capture Yusuke, and during the process, find a way to direct most of the attacks toward her, which would weaken her, and once Yusuke was captured, she would deliver the finishing blow to Raynare and take Yusuke for herself.
Even if it was merely a suspicion, Kalawarna would sooner kill Raynare than allow her to take her Yusuke.
Both fallen angels stood side by side, one radiating golden light, the other holding two red spears of light, staring at Yusuke with the same obsessive eyes.
Swoosh!
A spear shot through the air as Raynare threw her spear of light. It was much thicker and slightly bigger than the other fallen angels' spears, and it was even faster.
Bang!
Yusuke tapped the ground and jumped to the wall of a building on his left, evading the spear. He then kicked the wall, and as soon as he did, another spear landed on it. Luckily, no one was living in that apartment building; otherwise, it would have been a disaster for the people living inside.
'... Now that i think about it, why does this place feel empty? Have to think about it after i survive'
Without pause, he kicked off another wall, dodging Kalawarna's golden spear mid-air, then shot straight toward her like a human missile!
Rumble!
Yusuke's fist slammed into the ground as he glared at the drifting black feathers overhead. Once again, he'd failed to land a hit. Even with his enhanced speed, this woman's always stayed just out of reach, as if she'd predicted his movements before he'd even made them. Or was she simply that cautious?
He turned his attention to Raynare, but the second latex bitch was already scared off and took off as well after seeing his attack.
"Had he always been this strong?" Raynare's eyes stayed locked on Yusuke as she asked Kalawarna. She originally thought he was just a human with high magic who knew some powerful spells, but never expected him to be this fast and strong.
"Yes, he is the one who killed Dohnaseek," Kalawarna replied as she flapped her wings, dodging a rock flying toward her, then threw a spear in retaliation.
"He killed him?" Raynare's eyes widened slightly, but then everything clicked. Come to think of it, she hadn't seen the killer Mittelt talked about. So it turned out it was him.
It seemed Mittelt attacked Yusuke because she found out he was the killer, then Kalawarna killed Mittelt, and for some reason, a conflict started between Kalawarna and Yusuke.
Yusuke gripped two massive boulders, one in each hand. With agile footwork, he tapped lightly against the ground, his movements so swift they left afterimages as he dodged the barrage of descending spears. At this point, the spears themselves barely posed a threat; what truly concerned him was the possibility of more fallen angels joining the fray, or worse, this battle drawing attention from other supernatural beings.
'They're flying too high...I can't reach them like this,' he realized, watching their silhouettes circling far above. 'Which means...I've only got one option left.'
Despite his speed advantage, Yusuke remained at a constant disadvantage. Without proper weapons and facing enemies who could simply flee whenever the battle turned against them, he was fighting an uphill struggle.
In the end, Yusuke made the obvious choice. Gritting his teeth, he hurled both boulders skyward with every ounce of strength in his body, then immediately spun on his heel and bolted!
He ran!
"Yusuke!"
Kalawarna froze, stunned by his sudden retreat, then desperately beat her wings and gave chase. Her face had gone deathly pale, drained of all color.
If Yusuke ran away from her right now, how was she supposed to save him from the other whores? Worst case, he'd run straight to those whores and they'd trick him even more! No! She couldn't let that happen.
Raynare's reaction was the same, although not as intense. She didn't want her prey to escape either. If Yusuke got away, the chances of catching him later would drop drastically!
She refused to give up on the one who had awakened this intoxicating warmth in her chest, this dizzying, unfamiliar flutter that could only be love.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
"Yusuke, stop!"
Blinding spears of light streaked through the air as Kalawarna hurled them wildly, each shot growing more desperate, more unhinged, doing anything to keep him from escaping.
Raynare flapped her wings much faster and chased Yusuke as well, throwing spears at him. She was much more reckless than Kalawarna, ignoring Yusuke's safety. As long as he stayed alive, she didn't care about anything else! She could heal him later!
However, under their desperate eyes, all their attempts met with failure. Yusuke's speed was just too fast. The gap between them kept widening until he finally left them in the dust.
"...Yusuke... Don't leave me!" Kalawarna stared in a daze at the figure long faded from her vision and muttered.
"I screwed up... I shouldn't... I messed up everything..."
Pa!
Suddenly, a sharp slap brought her back to her senses. Raynare grabbed her by the collar and said, "Yes, you fucking screwed up, but it's not the time to whine!"
"Instead of wallowing here, we should be planning how to get him back!" Raynare released her grip, eyes burning with determination.
"You're right... I need to get Yusuke back. I HAVE to get him back!" Kalawarna's gaze sharpened with renewed purpose, then instantly darkened into something icy. "Wait... what exactly is Yusuke to you?"
"The same for you as well," Raynare replied indifferently. She paused before adding, "We can either fight each other now or work together to get him back before duking it out."
A red spear flashed in her hand as she spoke. "The choice is yours."
"...A-alright." Kalawarna clenched her hands tightly until they turned pale before speaking.
'I'll tolerate her for now. The moment Yusuke is mine, I'll gut this bitch.' she consoled herself.
Unbeknownst to her, Raynare's mind echoed the same venom, 'Let her play helper. Once Yusuke's in my grasp, I'll grind this cunt to dust.'
...
After shaking off the two crazy yanderes, Yusuke collapsed onto a nearby bench, breathing heavily. His speed may have increased drastically, but his stamina and endurance were still far behind.
"What should I do now?" Yusuke lay on the bench, his head slumping backward, eyes staring blankly at the night sky.
There is Tsubaki, but asking for her help was like willingly stepping into another trap.
He would never trust any yandere! It didn't matter how sweet they acted, how gently they smiled. Kalawarna had proved that perfectly, that psychotic bitch firing "helpful" spears of light while shooting about protecting him.
"Should I go home? Can I even go back?"
He still stood up from the bench and headed back to his place. He had nowhere else to go. He could get a hotel, but with those crazy yanderes' stalking abilities, they would easily find him. If they attacked him inside a hotel, it would endanger everyone there.
'Even if they attack me in my place, I'll cripple their wings and torture the shit out of them,' Yusuke clenched his fist as he walked. With the small space in his apartment, it was impossible for the two fallen angels to use their wings to escape. He could easily punch their pretty faces.
"System, show me the quest log," he called to the system, which had been oddly silent for a while.

[That toxic ex-girlfriend
Task: Raise Raynare's submission to 80.
Reward: 7000XP, Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, 2 skill points.
Penalty: You are fighting for your life, what worse penalty than this?]
What caught his attention were Raynare and Akeno's rewards, the Fire Dragon Slayer Magic and the two skill points. It seemed tailor-made for him to gain huge attacking power fast and level it up.
The $500,000 from Akeno's reward definitely caught his eye, as a broke teenager, that kind of cash would solve a lot of problems. Not that the other rewards were slacking either. Two levels, random skills, random items, and not to mention the huge amount of XP from each quest.
'Let's first finish Tsubaki's quest.' Maybe the random skill would give him something unexpected. Trying to think optimistically, Yusuke returned to his apartment.
After eating something casually, Yusuke didn't sleep a single wink. He stayed awake the whole night, staying vigilant and afraid that some random blue-haired crazy bitch or black-haired dominatrix might suddenly ambush him while he slept and lock him up.
In the end, nothing happened the whole night. No one attacked, no black wings suddenly burst through the window, and no light spear pierced the wall.
When light shone through the curtain, Yusuke was still wide awake. He picked up his school bag and went to school.
-x-X-x-
The Student Council is the Academy's student body and its highest authority. Led by Sona Sitri and Tsubaki Shinra, it holds enough authority to dismiss and appoint the Academy's director or any teacher because the devils are the true masters of this town and academy.
Inside the student council room, a young woman sat at the desk. She was bespectacled with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut, and violet eyes. Her figure was quite modest, small bust and a slim waist, but she looked very cute despite her serious expression.
"Sona-sama, the man I talked about will not disappoint your expectations. He is very talented," Tsubaki said from across the desk. She wore a serious and somewhat anxious expression, as if worried Sona wouldn't want to take him. After all, Sona already had a candidate she had been observing for a while.
"Seeing how eager you are in promoting this Yusuke guy, it seems he is very special, perhaps even better than Saji?" Sona stood up from her seat and walked to the window. She pushed aside the white curtains and stared at the stream of students walking through the school gate.
Tsubaki followed and stared at the crowd of students, hiding her expression of disgust. How could any man be compared to her Yusuke?!
Yusuke was the most precious being in the universe! Even ten thousand like Saji gathered together wouldn't amount to a single hair of her Yusuke!
After Yusuke turned her down yesterday, Tsubaki decided to tell Sona about him and get her help to convince Yusuke to become part of their peerage. She wasn't worried about Sona suddenly falling for him because she knew just how rigid and inflexible Sona was when it came to love. Sona even promised never to consider any man unless he beat her at chess.
Tsubaki was very confident in Sona in this regard. Even if all women fell in love, she wouldn't.
The two watched the crowd flowing inside as they waited for the figure of Yusuke to appear. Soon, a few minutes later, the conspicuous, tall, and fit figure of Yusuke showed up. Because of his height and rather muscular body that was clearly visible under his uniform, he stood out a lot among the crowd of still-developing teenagers.
"That's him." As soon as her eyes caught his figure, Tsubaki restrained the rising excitement in her heart and spoke softly.
However, she didn't get any reply, because Sona's eyes were fixated on that tall man. Her usually cool eyes carried a strange heat, and the hand resting on the windowsill had her fingers digging deep into it. Her heart was beating so fast, as if something unknown had awakened inside her. Something that, for some reason felt even more important than all her goals and dreams. This strange feeling should have been confusing, even terrifying, but to her, it felt normal, as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
Her face remained expressionless as she stared at Yusuke through the window, but her eyes glowed with a strange light that showed her intense excitement and inner turmoil. She could barely hold herself back, her grip on the window frame tight enough to turn her knuckles white.
"Sona-sama?" Tsubaki called out again. This time her voice was much quieter, and though her face remained expressionless, a strange and absurd feeling crept up inside her. Maybe... introducing Yusuke to Sona had been a very bad idea.
'No, it can't be. Sona is the cold beauty type. There's no way she'd fall in love with Yusuke so suddenly. Tsubaki, don't misunderstand, don't misunderstand!' Tsubaki tried to shake off the bad feeling clawing at her chest. If she even began to doubt her best friend and master... then who could she possibly trust in this life?
"Hmm." Sona snapped out of that strange state, her face calm as ever. She spoke in a cool, measured tone. "He is indeed very talented. His physical strength and magical power are both exceptional. Too bad I already used my two Bishop pieces. I can only use my Pawn pieces to reincarnate him."
"Indeed. I think he'd be more suitable as a Pawn than a Bishop or a Rook. He has a good balance of both physical strength and magic power. He could become an all-around fighter. In fact, if I hadn't already taken the Queen piece, I would have recommended you make him your Queen." Tsubaki nodded repeatedly and spoke calmly, but that calm lasted only a short moment before her excitement started showing as she praised Yusuke's talent to the roof.
Sona's expression stayed calm as she stared at Tsubaki's excited face, but the light in her eyes grew darker and darker. She suppressed the strange irritation bubbling inside her and spoke, trying to keep her tone steady, "...It seems that you really have a high opinion of him."
"Indeed, I saw him kill a fallen angel with just his bare hands, or rather legs," Tsubaki said, not sensing anything unusual in Sona's tone as she continued talking excitedly about Yusuke.
At that moment, a knock at the door interrupted their conversation. The person who knocked entered directly without waiting for permission. Rias's red hair swept into view, followed by her busty and confident figure. Behind her was the quiet, classical beauty Akeno, walking with her usual smile.
"Rias, what brought you this time?" Sona smiled as she walked to the table in the middle of the room. She sat on a chair and asked Rias.
The two had been childhood friends and grew up together as both rivals and best friends.
"I've found a new candidate for my peerage," Rias said cheerfully as she sat on the opposite side of the table. Akeno stood silently behind her without saying a word.
Meanwhile, Tsubaki moved to the other side of the room and began preparing tea.
"Really? Who is this lucky person who attracted our renowned Crimson-Haired Ruin Princess?" Sona was taken aback. Not long ago, Rias told her she was interested in a pawn candidate suspected of having a dragon-type sacred gear, so it surprised her that Rias found another candidate. Still, she was genuinely happy Rias could find more candidates for her peerage because she knew how hard it was for her to escape from her engagement, especially with time running out.
"It's a second-year student. His name is Yusuke Aoki," Rias leaned back comfortably in her seat as she spoke the name. Her eyes shone with a strange light that showed adoration and admiration, along with a hint of hidden obsession.
Clank!
The sound of something breaking suddenly interrupted their conversation. Rias glanced curiously to the side and saw Tsubaki staring at her. The teapot she was holding fell to the ground and broke, but it didn't seem like she noticed. Her eyes kept staring at Rias, cold and dark.
"What was his name again, Rias?" Sona didn't seem to notice her queen's slip of composure. Instead, her attention was fixed on Rias. Her usually warm and cordial expression turned colder, her eyes growing just as dark as a deep whirlpool.
"Yusuke Aoki," Rias said, noticing the sudden change in the atmosphere. She corrected her posture, and her voice became much more serious.
Sona's small bust heaved. She adjusted her glasses on the bridge of her nose, slammed the table, and stated, "I won't allow that!"
All three women flinched at Sona's sudden outburst. Tsubaki's eyes darkened further as her gaze shifted from Rias to Sona. Even Akeno's ever-present smile faltered, her expression growing increasingly unsettling.
The furniture began to tremble as red-crimson lights flashed around Rias. Her hair swayed in the air as she stared at Sona with a cold face, fury bubbling inside her. "What do you mean, Sona?"
Sona didn't back down. She stood up from her seat, a water-blue aura surrounding her as she spoke, "I had my eye on Yusuke before you. I want him in my peerage."
Tsubaki stopped what she was doing and walked behind Sona, as if showing support. In truth, no one knew what she was thinking, judging by her clenched fists.
"Outrageous! Yusuke is the one I want, and not even you can take him from me!" Rias slammed the table until it cracked and shot up from her seat. Sona may be her best friend, but if she stood in the way of getting Yusuke, Rias would destroy her!
"You already have that Issei Hyoudou, who is suspected to be the Red Dragon Emperor! Why are you trying to take Yusuke from me as well?" Sona shouted angrily, refusing to relent. Both of them had noticed Issei first, but since she knew her friend's situation, she did not try to compete over him. But to think Rias would even try to take her Yusuke was something she would absolutely never allow.
"Haven't you also found Genshirou Saji with Vritra's Sacred Gear?!" Rias didn't back down. How could this woman's words sound like she was doing her a favor by not competing for that Hyoudou boy?
"How about this..." She took a deep breath to calm herself, causing her large breasts to bounce in the air, much to Sona's ire. Then she said, "I'll give up Issei Hyoudou if you leave Yusuke to me."
"With the Red Dragon Emperor's support, it would be much easier for you to achieve your dream of opening a Rating Game school," Rias smiled confidently as she made her proposal. Although Issei's Sacred Gear could indeed elevate her peerage exponentially, compared to Yusuke, he was far less important. Even if Yusuke were just a normal human with no noteworthy abilities, Rias would still choose him over Issei.
She was confident that Sona would be more than happy to get a powerful Sacred Gear holder like Issei in her peerage and give up on Yusuke.
Tsubaki and Akeno both stared at Rias in astonishment, and as if they had the same thought, their already dark eyes grew even darker and colder, a black miasma-like aura radiating from them.
"It seems that you are determined to get Yusuke Aoki," Sona narrowed her eyes in surprise, but the next moment she shook her head and said calmly, "Daga Kotowaru." (I refuse).
"I will give you the same offer. I gave up Genshirou Saji to you, if you leave and don't contest for Yusuke," Sona proposed.
"Sona! Are you really going to do this?!" Rias's anger flared once again. The crimson power of destruction that had just calmed down erupted. She had given her greatest concession, but this woman refused to understand her place!
"Yes, I am! I'm determined to get him, and no one will stop me! Not even you, Rias!" Blue aura surged around Sona as she spoke coldly. The moment their auras clashed, the entire room began to shake.
The two stared each other down, the atmosphere growing dangerously tense, as if they might erupt into violence at any second. Yet, at the critical moment, Rias just snorted coldly. She turned on her heel and marched toward the door, "Hmph! We'll see who gets him in the end!"
Bang!
"..." Sona stood still, staring at the door that had just been slammed shut, before slumping into her seat. Her hand pressed against her forehead, a headache brewing as confusion and bewilderment filled her. She hadn't expected Rias to show interest in Yusuke, and even more bizarre, she hadn't realized she had such an obsessive desire for him herself.
She had only seen him a few minutes ago, yet she couldn't stand the idea of other women even showing their adoration for him, much less seeing him with them.
Sona took off her glasses and rubbed the bridge of her nose, trying to process what had just happened.
Behind her, Tsubaki was clenching her hands tightly, her body shaking visibly. She was fighting the beast inside her that was compelling her to break the defenseless Sona's neck, cut her to pieces, and feed her to the dogs!
She had trusted her and introduced Yusuke to her, but to think that Sona would betray her and develop an interest in him!!!
Tsubaki closed her eyes. Slowly and steadily, her heaving chest began to calm, and her shaking body stilled. When she opened them, the coldness and hidden killing intent inside had greatly receded.
She couldn't kill Sona, at least not now.
First, without Sona, Tsubaki would have to face Rias on her own. Secondly, killing her master meant she would become a stray devil and be hunted by everyone, be it devils or the other two factions. Thirdly, Sona's sister was Serafall Leviathan, a Maou and also an extreme sis-con!
Worse, her actions would certainly implicate Yusuke, maybe even end up causing his death if a rampaging Serafall were to suddenly destroy the whole Japan, or if she ended up eloping with him and they were hunted by the other factions.
'Strength! I need strength! If I were strong enough, I wouldn't have to consider all of this!' Tsubaki clenched her hands, cursing her own powerlessness.
...
Yusuke threw his school bag at the desk and tirelessly slumped onto it. He hadn't slept a wink yesterday, afraid that any of the fallen angel bitches would suddenly attack him. Fortunately, his physique stats were eight times higher than a normal human's; otherwise, he wouldn't be able to resist the feeling of sleepiness.
"Yu-sama" He may have wanted to sleep, but there were others who clearly had different plans. As soon as he sat at his desk, Aika came running to him like a well-trained dog and clung to his back. "I missed you so much I wanted to come to your place last night, but Mom didn't allow me~" She rubbed her face against the back of his neck as she complained.
Then she whispered in a somewhat creepy tone, "Maybe I should kill her next time she tries to stop me~?"
"... Don't say something like that ever again, even as a joke!"
Others might think she was just jokingly complaining, but he, Yusuke, knew what a fucking crazy yandere was capable of. In the last timeline, Murayama killed both her parents for trying to stop her. These sick women can go from 0 to 100 almost in an instant!
"Ehhh? Why?" Aika was slightly confused by Yusuke's seriousness.
"Dumb masochist, Yu-kun grew up without a mother," Murayama came at this time and planted her plump ass on the desk. She glanced at Aika with disdain and said, "You may be ungrateful to your parents for raising you, but there are others who grew up without them."
"..." Yusuke stared at her with a deadpan expression. He wanted to scream, 'You are the last qualified person to comment on something like this!' In the end, he just shook his head and said, "I'm tired. Why don't you both go back to your seats? We'll meet at the roof at breaktime."
Aika and Murayama glanced at each other. They both sensed that something was off with Yusuke and silently left him.
When class started, the homeroom teacher came in and informed them that due to some urgent matter, the English and History teacher, Kalawarna, would be absent for a certain period of time. Until a substitute was found, they would have to do self-study.
This caused cheers among the girls and made the perverted trio boo in depression.
On the other hand, Yusuke didn't find this strange. Kalawarna's identity had been exposed to him, and she wouldn't be stupid enough to keep coming to school and risk being killed by the devils.
The first period was math. Yusuke slept through the entire class without caring about the teacher, who was eyeing him with judgmental eyes.
Yusuke was still young, his body still developing. His quality of sleep was quite good, and with his high stats, it was even better than most. He slept very soundly until the bell ringing woke him up, announcing the end of the first period.
The second period was English, but since Kalawarna wasn't present, they had to spend it on self-study.
Of course, everyone knew what happened during self-study. No one studied at all. The girls gathered in their groups and started chatting with each other. Murayama and Aika locked eyes, sparks flying between them. Both stood up at the same time and headed straight to Yusuke's desk.
Suddenly, someone entered the classroom, causing everyone to stop. Silence descended upon the room.
"Kyaa, it's Yuuto-kun! So handsome!"
"Blond, blue-eyed prince charming! Ahh, I am in love!!"
"Kiba-san, please marry me!"
The next moment, the whole class erupted into a frenzy of shrill cries from the girls. They all stood up from their seats, staring at the handsome young man with short blond hair and blue eyes.
The young man smiled politely at each of the girls despite their outrageous remarks and walked in a certain direction. He stopped in front of Yusuke.
"Are you Yusuke Aoki-san?" the handsome man asked, smiling gently.
"That would be me," Yusuke raised his head and answered casually, wondering what the fuck this pretty boy wanted.
"I have been tasked by the president to take you to the Occult Research Club," Kiba explained. Initially, he hadn't understood why Rias wanted to invite this man, but now, sensing the potent magical energy radiating from Yusuke, it made perfect sense.
"Occult Research Club's president, who is that?" Yusuke sat up straight and asked. He was starting to have a bad feeling about this.
"It's Rias Gremory," Kiba replied.
"Not interested. You leave now. Don't bother my sleep," Yusuke immediately refused flatly, waving his hand to shoo the guy away.
He wasn't in the mood to deal with any yandere other than Tsubaki, and there was no way he was going to whatever the fuck that Occult Research Club was. Who knew what kind of trap was waiting for him?
Maybe the moment he set foot inside would be the last time he ever saw the sunlight.
"...Are you sure?" Kiba blinked his eyes. He felt like he had heard wrong. Did this guy just turn him down?
"Yes. I don't know who this Rias is or what this ridiculous Occult Research Club is, and I don't want to get involved in any chuuni stuff," Yusuke shook his head and politely told the pretty boy to fuck off.
Confused and helpless, Kiba left the classroom under the disappointed eyes of the crazy fangirls.
After Kiba left, the fangirls turned their attention to Yusuke, their gazes unsettling. A few particularly unhinged ones even began imagining disturbing scenarios between him and Kiba, scenarios too inappropriate to describe.
"Occult Research Club? Why did Rias-senpai invite you?" At that moment, two hands suddenly grabbed Yusuke's shoulders as both girls spoke simultaneously.
They both stared at each other, and for the first time, they were thinking the same thing. They felt danger. Their yandere instincts were screaming that another whore was eyeing their man!
"I don't know. Never met that woman before," Yusuke shook his head and replied calmly. He casually removed their hands from his shoulders and stood up. "It's only self-study. There's no need to wait for breaktime. Let's go to the roof."
"R-right now?!" Almost instantly, Murayama's face turned red. Her eyes glowed with intense heat as she started breathing heavily.
Although she had just gotten Yusuke's thick and hard 'love' yesterday, she was already missing it 'deeply' inside.
"Hehehe... Yu-sama's..." Aika was the same. She chuckled creepily, letting out a perverted voice.
"..." Yusuke shook his head speechlessly and walked out of the room.
-x-X-x-
The metallic door burst open with a deafening bang!
"We're finally here, Yu-sama! Hurry, hurry, I can't wait~!" Aika dashed through the doorway, spun around, and faced Yusuke just as he stepped in.
Without warning, she pulled up her skirt, flashing her smooth, pale thighs and the scandalously tiny pink micro-thong riding up her hips. It was so thin it barely clung to her soaked, dripping cunt, already darkened from how much she was leaking.
"You're really a hopeless pervert," Yusuke chuckled at her antics and stepped inside. Right behind him came Murayama, who was already firing off death glares at Aika.
"Slut," she muttered under her breath, slamming the metallic door shut. Without wasting a second, Murayama take off her shoulder cape and shirt so fast that Yusuke honestly doubted his own eyes.
"Master~!" she moaned, puffing out her chest so her breasts bounced temptingly as she locked eyes with Aika in challenge. Then, step by slow step, she strutted over to Yusuke, peeled off her skirt, wrapped her arms around his neck, and planted a kiss right on his lips.
"I won't lose to a broken faucet like you!" Aika gritted her teeth and quickly stripped as well, left in nothing but her pink micro bra and matching thong, barely covering her small breasts and stiff nipples.
Rolling her eyes at Murayama's white set of underwear, which looked so childish compared to hers, Aika winked at Yusuke and stuck out her tongue, a bit of drool dripping from its pink tip. She made a scissor with her fingers over her mouth and said, "Yu-sama, I'll show you how much my skills have improved~"
...
Bang!
Far away, in another school building, a muffled explosion reverberated as a hole burst through the wall. Rias's crimson hair whipped through the air, the Power of Destruction surging wildly around her. Gritting her teeth, she locked her frenzied gaze on the scandalous scene unfolding in the building opposite hers.
"Outrageous! How dare they!"
"Why, why would he even do such a thing with those ugly sluts?!"
"He turned down my invitation for 'that'? Just to mess around with those bitches?!"
By her side stood Akeno, also staring at the scene with a blank expression. Her eyes, however, were unsettlingly dark. She didn't say a word, but anyone who met her gaze would feel a chill crawl down their spine and instinctively want to run far, far away from her.
"Ara Ara Yusuke-kun has such a naughty side. Rias, perhaps you should punish him?" However, her face soon returned to normal, her usual teasing smile curling back as she placed an index finger on her lips and spoke.
She, too, felt bubbling anger, pain, and frustration, even more than Rias, but she was much better at suppressing it. After all, she wasn't just dealing with two shameless human sluts. She also had to manage Rias and Sona.
Unlike Tsubaki, though, she had no intention of killing Rias. They had been friends since childhood. Rias had even saved her life and protected her more than once. It would not be an exaggeration to say she owed her life to Rias and the Gremory family.
Her obsession with Yusuke was growing into something inexplicable, but it had not reached the point where she would kill to have him… yet.
Of course, that didn't mean she wasn't planning to compete with Rias and the others for him. But she believed the smartest move for now was to let them fight it out among themselves. Once they were all exhausted, she would strike and claim Yusuke for herself.
"Punish him?" Rias drew in a long breath as the crimson energy slowly faded. She repeated Akeno's words in a daze, then shook her head and turned to face her.
"Why should I? Yusuke-kun hasn't even met me yet. The only reason those two filthy girls got his affection is that they met him first. Otherwise, Yusuke-kun would have long since become mine!"
Rias, Akeno, and Sona had only been exposed to Yusuke for less than twenty-four hours. Their obsession with him was still in its early stages. It had not yet reached the point where they would start killing anyone who talked to Yusuke or anyone he so much as glanced at.
She was very confident she could make Yusuke fall for her. With her beauty and charisma, there was no man who could refuse her, especially if she took the initiative. After all, she was the most beautiful woman in the Academy.
Given Yusuke's lustful nature, it should be easy to sway him with her body, right?
"..." Akeno didn't respond to her words. Instead, her gaze shifted back to the opposite building. The moment she saw Murayama riding him while Aika sat on his face, her expression crumbled and her hands clenched tightly. Tiny sparks of lightning erupted from her fingers.
...
Time passed quickly when one was enjoying himself. Soon, it was time for the next period. Ignoring Aika's protests and insistence on skipping class, Yusuke sent both girls ahead first, just in case they ran into someone, before walking down the stairs by himself.
"Was anyone watching us this time?" Yusuke asked the system.
[Not within 500]
Yusuke narrowed his eyes at the system notifications.
"Tsubaki? I really don't know how to deal with her," Yusuke muttered as he walked down the stairs toward the bathroom. After shooting so much of his pudding, he had a strong urge to piss.
Though Murayama wanted to drink his holy yellow fluid, Yusuke was not in the mood.
He turned her down, much to her disappointment.
After Yusuke made a liquid donation to the bowl foundation, he rinsed his hands and left the bathroom.
Ring!
Just then, his phone vibrated. When he looked up, he saw a text from Tsubaki. She wanted to meet him after school again. Yusuke paused, touching his chin, feeling troubled. 'This could be a good chance to finish the quest, but honestly, I do not know where to start.'
'I will deal with it when the time comes.' In the end, he shook his head, slipped his phone back into his pocket, and headed back to class.
[Two targets draw nigh.]
'Who?' Yusuke froze in place and stared down the corridor, which for some reason was empty except for him. Slowly, two figures appeared from the far end. The first thing visible were their large breasts, followed by their long hair. The beautiful crimson locks swayed in the air, and then black hair trailed behind.
The figures of Rias and Akeno appeared before him. Both walked slowly toward him with the same light, confident smile.
They moved like female characters from high school drama movies in the early 2000s.
'Is going to the toilet some ritual to summon devils?' Yusuke screamed in his mind. It was one thing that every time he tried to get his education fees, he ran into a fallen angel. But it was another thing that every time he went to the toilet, he ended up running into a devil as well!
Last time it was Tsubaki, this time it was Rias and Akeno.
"Yusuke Aoki." As she got closer, Rias lifted her head and stared into his eyes before speaking.
"Yes?"
He readied himself. If either of them showed the slightest hint of hostility, he would blast their heads with a single punch.
Fuck the rewards!
From this close, he could punch at least one of them, right?
By the way, were these two using some kind of magic to keep other students from getting close?
Rias didn't answer directly. Her eyes gazed at his face. He wasn't by any means extremely handsome to make girls faint, barely above average, but for some reason just staring at him from this close distance made her heart flutter, her body slightly shiver, and her mind drown in dizzy euphoria!
If just being close to him made her feel like this, what would happen if she touched him, kissed him?
fucked him...
OWNED him?!!!
Restraining the strange and new urges beginning to stir in her mind, Rias smiled elegantly. "It was my oversight to send Yuuto to invite you. To show my sincerity, I have come personally to invite you to the Occult Research Club."
Akeno nearly facepalmed at the way Rias worded her intention. Why say "personally invite you"? Didn't she know it sounded like she was doing him a favor? If this had been before, Akeno might have stepped in to correct her. But now she didn't want Rias to succeed in recruiting him. Once that happened, Yusuke would be completely under Rias's control. Who knew when Akeno would get another chance to get close to him?
The better option was to let Rias and Sona waste their time fighting over him while she quietly took the chance to make Yusuke hers!
"Sorry, not interested in any club activities. I prefer to stay a member of the going home club," Yusuke said with a light shake of his head, his expression showing impatience. "If you'll excuse me."
"Can you please hold on a moment?" Though Rias expected him to refuse, it still hurt to see how uninterested he was. Keeping her smile, she said, "The reason I want to invite you to the Occult Research Club is because I want you to become part of my family."
Swoosh!
Suddenly, two wings unfurled behind Rias and Akeno. Rias smiled more confidently as she saw Yusuke's shock. "I, the Devil Rias Gremory, formally invite you to join my peerage."
'Another peerage recruitment? First Tsubaki, then Rias?' Yusuke stared at Rias and Akeno's wings with some curiosity. They were dark and more like bat wings, unlike the crow-like wings of the fallen angels. He wasn't dumb. The fact that all the devils he had met had tried to drag him into their peerage meant things were even worse than he thought.
Maybe he would even become their slave if he accepted.
"So Rias-senpai and Akeno-senpai are also devils," Yusuke kept his surprised expression, but then forced a smile and shook his head again. "Thank you for thinking highly of me, but I am not interested."
"I'm already late for class. See you later, senpai!" Yusuke ignored the stunned Rias and walked past her, leaving the corridor.
Rias slowly turned around, her gaze following Yusuke's back as she narrowed her eyes. "Did he just turn me down... And what did he mean by 'also'?"
"Ara Ara Perhaps Sona-sama already tried to recruit him before you," Akeno covered her mouth with her hand and chuckled, enjoying Rias's increasingly dark expression.
"Sona again!" Rias snorted as she narrowed her eyes. With a loud huff, she turned around and left. "Since the first recruitment attempt failed, I have no choice but to do 'that.'"
...
The bell rang, announcing the end of another school day. Yusuke told the two girls to go ahead or come to his place later if they were free, then left the classroom alone.
"Yu-sama has been getting busier lately. Is it because of another woman?" Aika walked out of the classroom wearing an uncertain expression. Although she didn't mind Yusuke sleeping with other women, she didn't want anyone else competing for his love.
Murayama's face was gloomy. All the signs clearly showed Yusuke was probably seeing another woman. The scent she smelled on him this morning had at least four female scents, one very conspicuous.
No matter how much she tried to stay obedient and curb her obsessive urges, just suppressing her frustration over Aika made her extremely uncomfortable. Adding another woman would drive her crazy.
Any normal woman would have gone crazy by now, much less a yandere. It was admirable that she hadn't gone on a killing rampage. Or maybe she just didn't have the ability... yet.
"Ehhh?" As she walked with her head lowered, Aika's stupid voice suddenly made her raise her head. Once she did, she saw two beautiful women waiting for them.
"Rias-senpai and Akeno-senpai?"
...
Unlike Sona and Tsubaki, Rias was more emotional and prone to recklessness. Failing to recruit Yusuke into her peerage had clearly spooked her.
Although she felt slightly pleased that Yusuke had rejected Sona too, she didn't like the fact that he had turned down both of them. For most humans, the temptation of becoming a reincarnated devil was too strong; the power, the lifespan, the wealth, it was almost impossible to resist.
In the end, Rias, just like all the other Yanderes, did not blame Yusuke. Instead, she turned her attention to someone else.
She believed the reason Yusuke kept refusing their offers was because of those two human girls, Murayama and Aika. They were holding him back, getting in the way, stopping him from accepting her.
These two women were trying to deceive him... no, they had already deceived him!
And she, Rias, was going to free Yusuke from those two lowly worms.
Her train of thought was similar to Kalawarna's, but unlike Kalawarna, Rias wasn't planning to kill them.
"Do you need anything, Rias-senpai?" Murayama had always admired Rias; she used to be her little fan girl. But that changed after she fell for Yusuke. Her focus had shifted entirely to him, and after what happened this morning, she even started harboring hostile feelings toward Rias.
Aika felt the same resentment as Murayama. Her gaze flickered between Rias and Akeno, lingering on their weapons of mass distraction as her teeth ground together silently.
She glanced around. The corridor was packed with students leaving their classes, but something felt off. Normally, whenever Rias-senpai or Akeno-senpai showed up, it would cause a full-blown commotion among both girls and boys. Yet right now, no one seemed to notice them at all. Everyone just went on their way, as if they were invisible.
"Yes, I have a request for both of you," Rias smiled. Her expression was refined and gentle, yet something about it made the girls' stomachs clench with unease.
She leaned in close, locking eyes with each of them as she whispered, "Could you please forget everything about Yusuke Aoki?"
Swoosh!
A pulse of crimson light enveloped them, just for an instant, leaving both girls dazed.
When the light faded, both girls remained still in a daze. A strange, faint red glow lingered in their eyes. Once it disappeared, they regained their composure, exchanged a glance, and resumed walking, leaving the school behind.
"Hmm? What was I doing earlier? Why do I feel like I forgot something?" Reaching the school gate, Aika looked back and muttered in a daze. She felt something important was missing, but could not remember what.
Murayama was the same. She walked past the gate with her head down, feeling like something crucial had been ripped from her heart. A sudden emptiness filled her with a heavy, uncomfortable ache.
Subconsciously, both girls clenched their chests. They went their separate ways without speaking, lost in their own absent minds.
"Fufufufu~ Are you sure you want to do this? Aren't you afraid Yusuke-kun will hate you for it?" Back at the school, watching the two girls from a window, Akeno laughed. She seemed to be thoroughly enjoying the unfolding scene.
After meeting Yusuke, Rias came up with the idea to separate Murayama and Aika from him. To do this, she used her demonic power to erase everything about him from their memories. To make things even more convincing, she spent the whole afternoon wiping all traces of him from their places.
She 'confiscated' his pictures, clothes, and other items the girls had stolen or taken secretly. She even used her power to erase his traces from their phones and every other electronic device.
"That's impossible. Yusuke-kun won't hate me… I won't allow him to hate me," Rias muttered, staring into the distance.
"It seems you're deeply in love with him, heh," Akeno stopped smiling and whispered.
Rias, "..."
...
"Yusuke-san!" As soon as he stepped into the park, Yusuke noticed Tsubaki waving her hand.
The meeting spot was a small park near the school. Usually, kids come here with their parents to play, though there aren't many. Japan and its birthrate problem.
"Tsubaki-senpai," Yusuke walked over and greeted her with a warm smile. Among all the freaky girls he knew, aside from Aika, Tsubaki was the most tame. Though after what happened with Kalawarna, Yusuke had once again learned his lesson to never lower his guard around Yanderes.
'After thinking the whole day, I've only managed to come up with one way to get Tsubaki's submission to 80, but... would it even work?' Yusuke stared at the girl, trying to restrain her happiness and thought. He felt somewhat troubled and hesitant about using this method.
This idea was suggested by the bitch system. He wasn't sure if it would work, but so far, while the system was bitchy, it had been somewhat reliable.
"Sorry for asking you out so suddenly. Did it bother you?" Tsubaki adjusted her glasses with one hand, the other clenching her skirt as she asked.
"Of course not." Yusuke shook his head with a very friendly smile, then looked around and said, "Do you want to go somewhere else?"
Although this place wasn't crowded, there were still too many people around. It wasn't suitable for a private chat.
"Alright." Tsubaki paused, glanced around, and nodded. She also felt it would be better if they went somewhere with fewer people.
Somewhere far away, preferably empty with no one to bother them. Like an underground dungeon, a dark basement, or maybe even a nuclear shelter…
'Stop, Tsubaki, stop thinking things like that, you can't earn Yusuke's love if you act forcefully,' Tsubaki quickly pushed the resurfacing dark thought aside. As they left the park, she suddenly said, "I wonder if you met anyone today."
"Meeting anyone? Oh, right, I met Rias-senpai and Akeno-senpai," Yusuke replied with an amazed tone. "I was surprised to know that both of them were devils like you, Tsubaki-senpai."
"Really? Did they tell you anything?" Tsubaki's movement stiffened for a moment before she asked.
"Yes, Rias-senpai invited me to her peerage," Yusuke replied.
"...What... what was your response?" Tsubaki could still tell Yusuke was human and hadn't been reincarnated as a devil yet, but she was nervous he might accept Rias's recruitment. Although she hated to admit it, Rias was more charismatic and charming than both her and Sona.
"I accepted her offer." Yusuke's reply made the bespectacled girl freeze.
"What?!" She spun around, grabbed his shoulder, and shook him. Her eyes were wide with panic, confusion, and sadness.
Why did he turn her down but accept Rias's recruitment? Did he hate her? Or did he like Rias more? Was it because Rias was more beautiful? But he clearly said he found her beautiful and liked her eyes. Was it all a lie?
Right in the middle of her spiraling emotions, Yusuke chuckled and said, "Haha, just kidding."
'I will have to first test her botton line'
"Ehh? What do you mean?" His words snapped Tsubaki out of her whirlwind of doubt. She locked eyes with him and asked.
"Tsubaki-senpai is such a beautiful woman, but you always wear that serious expression. I couldn't help but want to tease you," Yusuke smiled at her, then suddenly reached out and patted her head. "You should try to smile more."
"Pufff!"
As if an antimatter bomb exploded inside her brain, Tsubaki's mind shut down completely. Her face flushed deep crimson, and smoke seemed to puff above her head as she stared at him, utterly dumbfounded.
The mental shockwave left zero room for coherent thought; her mind simply blue-screened.
"Did I overdo it again?" Yusuke muttered, giving her head a few more pats. "Tsubaki-senpai? Hello? You alive in there?"
He noticed that among the yandere girls, Tsubaki was the one who had the least resistance to his 'attacks'. Aika and Murayama did not usually blackout from his compliments. Maybe they had built up some kind of resistance.
'I should think of another way to make their minds crash. It's no fun if they get used to it,' Yusuke thought to himself. For some reason, he wanted to meet both of them right now.
"R-right! I'm alright!" His call managed to reboot Tsubaki's brain, but his next words sent her mind crashing into blackout again.
"Senpai, I've been wondering... Could it be you're in love with me?"
