Zhuo Weidong planned to sell 1,500 units to Yi Anguo and then sell the rest himself with an opening price set at 8,300 yuan per square meter.
This opening price was already quite high. Considering they were small units, the average price in the surrounding area was just under 7,000 yuan.
But if he sold 1,500 units to Yi Anguo in one go, Zhuo Weidong wouldn't feel much pressure. He could take his time selling the rest, and judging by the trend, housing prices were bound to continue rising.
The total price for 1,500 units was roughly 600 million yuan. A down payment of 30%, plus taxes and fees, would amount to around 210 million yuan.
However, the public selling price was set at 8,600 yuan per square meter. The mortgage loan from the bank would be 70% of the total price based on this rate. In effect, this completely offset the down payment, so none was required.
