---------------

Several terrifying tornadoes surrounded Enel. The lightning that crackled around his body began to flicker out from time to time, swept away by the force of the storm.

Enel's giant thunder god form began to shrink, pulled in by the powerful winds of the tornadoes.

But despite being in the center of the storm, Enel remained calm, speaking with pride:

"Lightning may not harm the breeze,"

"But how can the strong wind harm lightning?"

"As gods, we cannot harm each other,"

"Join me! Let us journey together to the infinite lands,"

"Together, we will establish the eternal rule of gods!"

Then, a burst of wind blades, filled with Janna's power, sliced through Enel's body, leaving deep wounds.

Enel, in disbelief, touched the blood on his hand and stared at Janna.

"How is this possible?"

"How can lightning be hurt by wind?"

"I am a god..."

Enel hadn't been injured in so long. On Sky Island, where no one had Haki, no one could harm him after he gained the Thunder Fruit.

But now, with wide eyes, Enel saw a powerful shockwave of air knock him to the ground.

Covered in blood and dirt, Enel collapsed. The tornadoes quietly disappeared, leaving no trace of their fierce force.

"How did you do this?"

"Are you the real god?"

Enel, weak and defeated, looked up at Janna, who stood before him.

"A long time ago, many people worshiped me as a god," Janna replied softly.

"As for how I hurt you,"

"There are many ways to do so in this world."

"If you want to learn, I can teach you."

Devil Fruit powers, like Enel's ability to become elemental, aren't completely unbeatable. While things like sea water or seastone can nullify Devil Fruit abilities, Haki—or mental or willpower-based attacks—can directly harm an elemental body.

Armament Haki comes from the combination of spirit and body.

From Janna's perspective, Haki is just a variation of using mental or soul energy.

Armament Haki fuses spirit with the body, while Observation Haki releases spiritual perception outward.

Conqueror's Haki, on the other hand, is the combination of spirit, soul, and the power of nature, used to dominate all living things in the world.

The strength of one's will, confidence, and innate soul power are what make Conqueror's Haki so strong. The more confidence and strength someone has, the more powerful their Conqueror's Haki will be.

However, if someone's mental strength or willpower isn't strong enough to resist the spirit of the original owner, they will be oppressed mentally, lose consciousness, and fall unconscious.

The root of all Haki lies in the soul.

Crocodile and Gecko Moria, once great warriors, were defeated by Whitebeard and Kaido. After losing their self-confidence and willpower, they were no longer able to use their Haki, despite their physical strength. Their bodies were capable of learning Armament Haki, but their weak spirits couldn't make use of it.

Enel lowered his head in silence.

After claiming to be a god and planning to conquer the endless lands, this was the first time Enel realized the true vastness of the sea.

"So, there are many ways to hurt me?"

"Am I really not a god?"

A bitter smile flashed across Enel's face.

Enel had been defeated, and now, no one on Sky Island could resist the power of Janna, Duke, and their group.

After seeing Janna's incredible strength, the wise old god Gan Fall knew it was pointless to resist. He cooperated with Duke and the others to search for gold on Sky Island.

Gold wasn't the real treasure of Sky Island.

The true value of Sky Island lay in its soil.

The battle between the Sky Islanders and the Sandians had always been about jaya Island, the massive land that was lifted into the sky.

The giant python, Sky Lord, which had swallowed a lot of gold, was attacked by the Ocean Dragon. It was caught by the throat, and its treasure spilled out.

Gold and jewels fell in heaps, but these were only part of the true treasures of Sandora.

The giant golden bell in Sandora, and the two golden pillars, even if they were gold-plated, were the true treasures.

After defeating the four priests guarding the temple, War Ghost Weber watched as Enel's lightning turned into fireworks and breathed a sigh of relief.

Ignoring the battle between Janna and Enel, War Ghost Weber quickly rushed toward the Golden Bell.

Just as he was about to ring it and fulfill the promise made by his ancestors and Rolando, Duke appeared quietly.

"If I were you, I wouldn't ring this bell," Duke said in a deep voice.

Duke respected War Ghost Weber, a warrior who would do anything to honor the promise between his ancestors and Rolando. However, he knew some truths were better left uncovered.

"Blue Sea Man?" Weber asked, looking at Duke. "Were you the ones who defeated the god Enel?"

Duke nodded, "I'm grateful for the opportunity to be here, but this is the promise between our ancestors and Rolando. It's my blood's honor to fulfill it."

Weber took a step back and prepared to ring the bell, though still uncertain. "What if the so-called glory and promise were lies from the start?" Duke asked quietly.

The Sandians regarded Rolando as a hero, and War Ghost Weber had risked everything to fulfill that promise. But what if Rolando's story wasn't what it seemed?

Rolando, once hailed as a great hero, was no hero at all—he was just a colonist.

The truth behind his execution wasn't that he was a great liar, but that he led a large army of King Lubnir's soldiers to jaya Island, only to find it gone. Half of jaya Island had risen into the sky due to a rising sea current.

In the end, jaya Island was never found, and King Lubnir, who had spent considerable resources, was executed. Rolando, labeled as the "king of big talk," was remembered for nothing but failure.

So the question remained: Did Rolando, whom the Sandians revered as a hero, know the truth?

Yes, he did. But he didn't care. He had never seen the Sandians, or War Ghost Weber's ancestors, as true friends.
