Eve smashes Adam through a stone pillar, the entire structure exploding into dust.
Adam bursts out of the rubble and swings his blade—Eve barely tilts her head to avoid decapitation. The shock of the missed strike slices a building behind her clean in half.
Adam grabs Eve by the throat and slams her into the concrete.
Adam:
"Why do you still care about me?"
He raises his fist to crush her skull—
Eve catches it. Her fingers break, one by one… yet she still stops him.
Eve (screaming through blood):
"BECAUSE YOU'RE MY BROTHER!"
She twists, rolls, and kicks Adam across the yard so hard the ground craters.
FLASHBACK —
Eve: "I'm not a child, Adam. I can take care of myself and besides you are younger than me.
Adam: You idiot, Did you forget that you, me and Lilith were created at the same time.
With a steely resolve, Eve squared her shoulders and met his gaze, refusing to back down in the face of his belittling remarks.
Eve: "I may not have all the answers, but I won't let you treat me like I'm incapable. If you want to leave paradise, fine. But don't underestimate me, Adam. I'll show you just how strong I can be."
Adam begins Laughing telling her "good luck with that but I look forward to it one day.
PRESENT —
Adam leaps high, descending with enough force to break the world in half.
Eve intercepts him mid-air, their fists colliding.
Adam's knuckles shatter.
Eve's forearm breaks completely.
They don't stop.
Eve grabs Adam's hair and slams her forehead into his nose, crushing the bone. Adam counters with a spinning elbow that cracks her skull open.
Blood pours down both faces.
Eve staggers but doesn't fall.
Eve:
"Even now… you still won't let me give up on you."
Adam:
"I never asked you to care."
Eve:
"You didn't have to."
They circle each other, panting, bodies trembling, barely alive.
Eve charges first, Adam meets her halfway
Their fists collide again and both are launched back, sliding through dirt and blood.
Eve wipes her mouth, coughing.
Eve: "We settle this now… Adam."
Adam cracks his neck, electricity sparking through his veins.
Adam: "I know."
They raise their weapons preparing to charge one another.
Adam and Eve stand ready to kill each other.
Everyone finally reaches the battlefield and panics.
Seraphina: "STOP! BOTH OF YOU, STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!"
Don: "They're going to kill each other! We have to"
Elysia: "Adam! Eve! Please—just talk it out!"
They step forward—
But two silhouettes move faster than thought.
SLAM —!!
Alexander appears in front of them, fist raised, eyes burning with command.
Kai lands beside him, planting his blade into the ground.
Both shout in unison—
Alexander & Kai: "DON'T INTERFERE!"
The shock of their voices freezes everyone in place.
Alexander: "This isn't our fight.
I don't understand What's going on but.. resolve in their eyes tells us we shouldn't interfere."
Kai extends his arm, blocking Seraphina.
Kai: "If you rush in… you'll only disgrace what they're choosing."
Seraphina trembles.
Elysia begins crying silently.
Vincent clenches his fists, helpless.
The others stand still, watching the two siblings killing each other.
Adam wipes blood from his face.
Eve straightens her broken posture, grinning through the pain.
They stare at each other…
Then—
A small, strange sound escapes Eve.
Adam raises an eyebrow.
And suddenly—
Adam & Eve start laughing.
They laugh because nothing in the universe makes sense anymore.
They laugh because only the two of them understand each other.
They laugh because the world nearly ended…
and they still ended up right here.
Facing each other.
Just like they promised as children.
Their laughter slowly fades…
They stand tall.
Weapons tighten in their hands.
Their eyes sharpen.
Adam (smirking):
"Ready?"
Eve (smiling):
"Always."
Then both speak together, voices overlapping—
Adam & Eve: "LET'S END THIS."
They sprint toward each other—
Adam and Eve clash then both swords snap simultaneously, shards of glowing steel spinning through the air like shooting stars.
A heartbeat of silence.
Then—they explode into hand-to-hand combat
Adam moves first.
A right hook powered by fire, Eve ducks under, her hair whipping up sparks.
She counters with a rising knee and Adam blocks with his forearm, bone groaning.
Their fists blur—
Punch, kick, elbow, knee—no pause, no breath—
A hurricane of martial arts and murderous instinct.
Adam swings his arm wide—
Adam: "HELLFIRE — BREAKER!"
A flaming shockwave erupts from his strike and the ground ruptures, debris thrown into the sky.
Eve dashes straight through it, skin burning but eyes blazing.
Eve: "CELESTIAL ART — STARFALL PALM!"
She slams her palm into Adam's chest—
BOOOOM!
The explosion launches him across the battlefield, skidding through stone, leaving a trench of pulverized earth.
Adam flips mid-air, lands, wipes the blood from his lips.
And grins.
Adam: "Come on, sis. Don't hold back."
Eve cracks her neck, frost forming under her feet.
Eve: "I wasn't planning to."
the ground shatters.
They sprint at each other again.
Their footsteps create shockwaves, each impact obliterating the ground beneath them.
Adam throws a blazing kick,
Eve blocks with a forearm coated in starlight.
Eve swings her heel upward, Adam grabs her ankle and slams her down, causing the ground collapses inward.
She twists, claws glowing, and rakes his side.
Blood sprays—
Adam grabs her wrist, spins, and throws her through a wall.
She bursts out of the rubble instantly—
Eyes burning red.
They collide again—Adam headbutts her,
Eve spins and chops his neck, both stagger,
both immediately rush back in, refusing to breathe.
Magic erupts with every movement:
Adam's fire + Eve's celestial energy = explosions firing in all directions.
Buildings collapse.
Streets crater.
Air becomes molten.
Eve leaps high—
Adam jumps to meet her—
Their fists ignite—
Eve:
"STAR–CRASH—!!"
Adam:
"INFERNAL—SMASH—!!"
FIST TO FIST — BOOOOOOOOOOOM—!!!
A blinding white explosion engulfs them both.
Dust clouds.
Silence.
Nothing moves.
The world holds its breath.
Adam and Eve don't hesitate.
They rush each other bare-handed—movements a blur, shockwaves erupting from every clash of fist, palm, elbow, knee.
Their martial arts are nothing alike—
Eve fluid and graceful,
Adam brutal and relentless—
yet somehow perfectly synchronized, like two halves of the same ancient rhythm.
Every strike triggers a burst of elemental magic:
Eve's palm strike explodes in a spiral of gold feathers and holy light.
Adam's counterpunch detonates with Eden fire and swirling gravity distortions.
The battlefield becomes a storm.
Explosions tear open the ground, sky cracks, winds roar.
Adam's fist grazes Eve's cheek, Eve flips, heel crashing into his jaw.
They slide back across broken earth, eyes locked.
Their fists collide one last time.
A shockwave erupts, tearing through the sky, splitting the ground beneath them. Dust swallows the battlefield. When it clears—
Eve is on one knee.
Breathing hard.
Blood running down her cheek.
Magic flickering around her like a dying flame.
Adam stands across from her—
just as bruised, just as battered—
but still standing.
Eve tries to rise again.
Her legs shake.
Her arms tremble.
But she pushes anyway.
Adam: "…You never know when to stop."
Eve: "Neither do you."
She smiles through the pain.
"That's why we're here."
She lunges forward—
—but Adam is faster.
He steps inside her stance, catches her wrist, twists. A flash of pain crosses her face. Adam drives his elbow into her ribs.
Eve collapses but rolls with the momentum, sweeping at his legs—
Adam vaults over her, slams a knee into her back, pinning her into the crater.
She struggles.
He presses harder.
FLASHBACK — PARADISE---------------------
Little Eve pins little Adam to the ground.
Both laughing.
She helps him up with a bright smile.
Eve: "I'm getting stronger, Someday I'll beat you."
Adam:"let's have a fantastic battle like the heroes in a fairy tale that father read to us."
Eve: Promise?"
Adam:"Promise."
PRESENT — REALITY
Adam hesitates.
Just for a heartbeat.
And Eve takes that moment—
she drives a punch up into his jaw—
—but it's weak.
Her vision is fading.
Adam grabs her arm, flips her onto her back, and—
THUD.
He slams her into the dirt hard enough to crater the ground.
Eve coughs blood.
Adam stands over Eve's defeated form.
For a moment, it genuinely looks like he's about to finish her.
His hand rises…
fingers tightening…
shadows gathering around his arm like a blade forming—
Eve closes her eyes.
She doesn't resist.
She doesn't plead.
She simply accepts it.
The world holds its breath.
Adam exhales.
Slowly… painfully…
his hand unclenches.
And instead of striking—
he offers it to her.
Eve's eyes snap open, confused.
Her vision swims.
Her chest rises and falls in shallow breaths.
Adam:
"…I'm done fighting you."
Eve hesitates—
then places her hand in his.
He lifts her gently, supporting her weight as she struggles to sit upright.
Her head leans lightly onto his shoulder.
For the first time in centuries…
Eve:
"…Why?"
Her voice is weak.
Adam looks down at their hands—
blood mixing, dirt smearing across their skin.
Adam:
"…Because you're all I have left."
A hairline fracture splits across Adam's cheek.
Then another across his arm.
And another down his chest.
His skin begins to crack like porcelain under immense pressure—
glowing light leaking from within
—Yahweh's blessing
—his silent wish
—his burden
whatever power he secretly asked for…
is tearing him apart.
Eve's eyes widen in horror.
Eve: "Adam! Your body"
Adam tightens his grip on her shoulder, steadying her even as fractures spread over him like spiderwebs.
Adam (soft, steady):
"…Don't worry about me. I made my choice."
Another fissure opens across his jaw.
Light burns through the cracks like divine fire trying to break free.
But he still holds her.
Still keeps her upright.
Still refuses to let her fall.
