Knowing about the World seed, he decided to check it and see what he can do on it.
I didn't tell him that I really planted it because I really just followed the guidebook. If it's as he said then what kind of world seed is it?
Chen HaoYu didn't think that the world seed is an ordinary one like the old man said, after all being able to plant it on an ordinary soil and following a gardening guidebook but it activated is far different from the ordinary world seeds out there.
After he finished his job, he went home. During work time, he was now able to sit down and didn't have to stand up for a long time. He had also read some array formations guides while at it.
Taking off his shoes, he went straight to his backyard.
When he went to his backyard he saw a sprout on the corner of his backyard where he had planted the seed.
"Yo! I just planted you this morning and a sprout already came out?"
He was shocked by its fast growth since he had expected that it will take time to grow.
Going near, he squatted and said, "Umm... Can you take me that place again?" He didn't know if talking to it will work but he tried anyway.
After a while, seeing there's no movement, he was sad.
It's probably not that easy to just enter as one wishes to...
"Sigh, anyway even if I could enter. There's nothing I could do, I don't even have magic anyway..." Chen HaoYu muttered then stood up and left but before he could take a step inside his house, he felt dizzy again.
When his dizziness subsided, he looked around and as expected he was in that vast land once again.
He was excited, "Talking to it seems to work!"
But now instead of an empty land, there's a sprout on this vast land.
"This... Is the world seed some kind of plant?" Seeing the same sprout as the sprout on his backyard is the same, he began to think that world seeds are also plants probably one that holds the world steady.
While pondering about it, suddenly whispers could be heard.
"Huh? Anyone there?" Chen HaoYu looked around when he heard the whispers but seeing no one around, he thought that it might've been his mind playing tricks.
But the whispers kept coming, so he couldn't help but try to find it's source. Going away from the sprout to look for the whispers, the whispers started to fade.
He went around in circles but the farther he is from the sprout the fewer the whispers become.
Going back to the sprout, the more whispers could be heard. "You're the one whispering?" He said in shocked and as if answering him, the whispers became many before coming back to normal.
It's sentient?
Looking at the sprout in shocked, he couldn't help and notice a some kind of energy swirling the sprout.
The energy look illusory, if you look closely it looked just like an aurora circling around but if you look from afar it looks like air waves circling the sprout and if you didn't notice it, you wouldn't be able to see it because the energy was vanishing and appearing intermittently. Not only that but when you look at it, you will have a feeling of looking into nothing making you think you're having an illusion of seeing magic energy.
"Is this magic energy?" Chen HaoYu couldn't help rub his eyes because he felt he was hallucinating.
Chen HaoYu knew the different color types of magic energy but this one is different that there's no records of it.
He wanted to feel it but his finger passed through the energy and touched the sprout. There's also no feeling of magic energy being there.
"Is this supposed to be the chaos energy?"
Sniffing, he could only smell the soil. "Bleh! What am I doing?"
Suddenly the illusory energy swirled towards his index finger then entered his body. Seeing this Chen HaoYu didn't move because he didn't what was going on.
"Umm... What are you doing?" He asked but the sprout leaves just waved like there's a wind.
Since he didn't want to move much in fear of something might happen, he could only lie down next to the sprout with his index finger still touch the sprout.

A day later.
During this time, Chen HaoYu had fallen asleep and unbeknownst to him. The chaos energy had silently repaired his magic core and strengthen his magic veins.
An otherworldly being... Whether you're a blessing or a disaster to this world, only fate knows. I just hope that I wouldn't regret this decision and be the source of this world's destruction. The world is already in turmoil and you might be the hope for the humans.
The sprout leaves waved even without wind, then the energy swirling towards Chen HaoYu subsided returning back to the sprout.

When Chen HaoYu woke up, everything looked normal. There were no whispers or magic energy.
Yawning, he looked at the sprout and seeing no magic energy swirling. He muttered, "I feel like there was something around that sprout, am I forgetting something?"
It was not that Chen HaoYu forgot but it's because of the basic characteristic of the chaos energy that people would usually forget after one encountered it. The only way not to keep forgetting about it is for one to also have chaos energy.
This also one of the reasons why up until now chaos energy remains a myth.
"Nevermind mind about it, I should go back to study about array formations. Right, Zhao Congming said he'll teach me but I forgot to take his contact information." Sighing, he remembered how he got in so he asked the sprout to teleport him back.

Entering the library, he was about to go look for books when Li MengYao asked him, "Did you work this morning? I didn't see you when I came this noon."
"Huh?" Chen HaoYu quickly turned his head.
Tilting her head, she said, "If you want to take a day off, that's fine but make sure to tell me or the chairman about it or you could leave a note here."
"You mean today is the 13th day and not the 12th day?" He looked at the time and seeing only a few hours has passed, he had thought that he only took a nap.
"What are you talking about? Did you not sleep well?" Li MengYao was confused why he was asking for today's date.
"Uhh nothing! Nothing! I'll leave a note next time!" Chen HaoYu replied before going to the second floor.
I didn't think I'd sleep for a whole day...
