Today is the Lantern Festival, so it seems appropriate to buy a couple of lanterns to mark the occasion. Besides, the lanterns on display in the town are so beautiful—it's rare to see so many lovely lanterns at once. After Su Yunjin picked out two attractive ones, Gu Ya pulled out silver to pay the vendor.
Su Yunjin held the lanterns in her hand, admiring them joyfully. When she looked up, she suddenly spotted two familiar faces walking toward her.
Su Xiaofu and Fan Wenxuan?
She hadn't expected to run into these two. Su Yunjin frowned slightly. Perhaps they also hadn't anticipated seeing her, as stiffness momentarily crossed both Fan Wenxuan and Su Xiaofu's faces. Then again, with the Lantern Festival being so lively, their presence wasn't entirely surprising. But Su Yunjin bore no fondness for these two, so she grabbed Gu Ya and moved to another part of the street.
