At mealtime, Miaomiao started crying because she noticed her father hadn't come home.
When Yan Ye heard his daughter's cries, his heart softened.
So, Yan Ye made a trip back.
After having dinner with his wife and child, he prepared to set off toward the hotel.
"Miaomiao, why do you love crying so much? You cry at the drop of a hat... I've already told you that your dad is working, and he's very busy. Yet you insist he comes home for dinner. You see, even after dinner, your dad still has to go out again. You're making your dad run back and forth; doesn't that tire him out? Do you not love your dad?"
Lian Xinying said these words while holding her daughter, to show that Miaomiao's crying wasn't her fault, before Yan Ye left.
All the blame was on the daughter.
"I love Daddy!" Miaomiao replied seriously to Lian Xinying.
Yan Ye, listening nearby, was overjoyed.
Coming back to hear his daughter say this made him feel satisfied.
