"Nowadays, how many girls know how to cook?" Looking at the hotpot in front of him, Jiao Yang couldn't help but think of Mo Bei and that one time Mo Bei cooked. He couldn't help but chuckle, "Last time a girl wanted to make hotpot for me, we bought a lot of groceries, and she volunteered to wash the vegetables. Guess what happened?"
Luo Xiaoqian shook her head, indicating she couldn't guess.
"A whole head of lettuce, she peeled off all the outer leaves, leaving only a few tender ones inside. A pound of tofu, yet only less than ten pieces were left. These are nothing, the most important thing is..." Jiao Yang chuckled again, "She soaked the lamb slices and fat I'd bought in water and added lots of detergent to try and clean the meat..."
Upon hearing this, Luo Xiaoqian laughed too, "I guess she's never been in a kitchen before."
"Yeah, that girl doesn't know a thing about washing vegetables."
"So, in the end, did you guys go out for dinner?"
