Weilan looked at Lu Hechen, surprised that he suggested staying at the Shen Family house. She immediately said, "Forget about staying here, your house is next door, it's so close. I won't let you stay, besides, we don't have extra guest rooms."
"I'll sleep with you," Lu Hechen shamelessly said.
Upon hearing that, Weilan frowned and retorted, "Why should you?"
Lu Hechen was momentarily speechless, then smiled and said, "You are my wife."
"Ex-wife," Weilan corrected him.
"An ex-wife is still a wife," he replied even more boldly.
Weilan gave Lu Hechen a light look, her cold gaze tightened.
"Is it amusing?"
Seeing Weilan so indifferent, Lu Hechen pursed his lips and remained silent.
Weilan knew she had a cold expression; she just felt it was not the moment to joke, and she wasn't in the mood.
She did not avoid, nor regret, just stared coldly at Lu Hechen.
