Weilan was taken aback, understanding the reason why.
She returned to the upstairs of the first embroidery shop and upon entering, she saw Lu Hechen with his back to her, looking out the window.
Weilan walked in, and knowing she had done something wrong, she didn't dare say anything else but could only whisper, "Brother Hechen."
Lu Hechen didn't turn around.
From behind, Weilan could feel that his entire body was shrouded in an aura of hostility.
"I'm sorry..." Weilan began her apology.
Finally, Lu Hechen turned around and looked at Weilan, his face expressionless.
Weilan's heart tightened. She looked up at him and apologized again, "I'm sorry."
Lu Hechen approached her, suddenly took her hand, and led her to the washroom nearby.
Weilan could only follow him. Once in the washroom, he brought her to the sink, turned on the faucet to rinse the back of her hand, squeezed some hand soap, and stubbornly washed her hands several times.
