Jian Xi thought it over and decided, "Big Brother, give him a share of Jian Group's stock. Take it from my shares and give it to him."
"Xixi, what are you doing?" Jian Mingcheng was rather stunned by her bold move.
Jian Xi spoke firmly, "To retain such talent, we must invest effort and demonstrate tangible action and sincerity. Mere promises and money are insufficient to sustain the relationship. Giving him shares aligns our interests—we prosper together and suffer together. Before making any decisions, he'll have to consider us, won't he?"
Upon careful consideration, Jian Mingcheng conceded that Jian Xi had a point and agreed.
"Those shares aren't yours to simply give away." Jian Mingcheng wouldn't allow her to manage this.
Jian Xi guessed he would use his own shares.
Although she felt a little helpless, she had to accept it. Her big brother doted on her so much, after all!
