"F-Father M-Mother.... " A figure in white and red armour walked with shaky steps towards the people who seemed to be taking a peaceful nap like a harmonious family.
If not for the bloody hole in the man's chest, then this scene would have been pleasant to gaze at.
"W-Was Mordred a bad child?.." Mordred's voice cracked as she removed her helmet, and her tear-stricken visage appeared.

Mordred dropped her sword as her legs gave out, causing her to kneel on the floor as reality crashed into her, making her think whether this was some kind of nightmare.
She had lost everything in the span of a few hours.
Mordred tried to stand up, but she couldn't find strength in her legs. However, this didn't stop her as she crawled towards her parents.
She had a desperate look on her face and a glimmer of hope.... She hoped they were sleeping... And when she went closer, she could wake them up.....

"F-Father *Hic* P-Please wake up! " Mordred begged in between sobs as she held her father's head in her embrace.
He had a peaceful smile, like he was just taking a pleasant nap , but Mordred knew he wouldn't be waking up from this sleep and she couldn't accept it.
"Y-Your Little Red won't be disobedient again. I will listen to everything you say and won't be a bad child," Mordred continued, pleading hysterically, her voice already hoarse from all the crying and screaming she had done.
"F-Father.... Little Red ....can't go ....on without you" Mordred felt her vision go dark as she had cried herself to unconsciousness.
Mordred drifted into sleep as she held Siegfried closer to her, and she had a smile on her face.
She was having a pleasant dream, reliving her memories with her father.
Even if her mother was a bit cold to her, her father had given her enough love to not feel the absence, but she hadn't appreciated the man enough.
She regretted not spending more time with him. Her father was the most precious person in the world to her, and there wasn't anything she wouldn't do for him.

After enough grieving, Mordred buried Siegfried and her two mothers together before returning to take care of things.
She didn't have the will to live, but the only things that made her function were her vengeance and duty.
Her Mother, Morgan, attacked the King, and she didn't want her mother's name to be tarnished. It was her selfish wish.
She knew her father and mother loved each other even if their relationship appeared stiff, she knew her father wouldn't want her mother's name to be tarnished.
So, Mordred decided to be the one to take the fall.
As long as she could paint her parents as heroes, Mordred would be willing to endure any amount of infamy.
Mordred bathed in blood as she slayed all the traitors and treacherous nobles who plotted against her Mother (Artoria), and Father.
Even if her Mother (Morgan) was the one who planned everything , Mordred would only put the blame on these people because she didn't care about them.
She needed someone to take the fall, and these people would be the ones to take it.
Luckily, the rest of the Knights of the Roundtable were alive, and at least she could ensure that Britain wouldn't be taken advantage of by some unsavoury individuals.
She may not be as strong as her father ..... But she was more than enough to clean up some trash...

Mordred faked her death and faded into the shadows, protecting her Parent's legacy, making sure that all three of her parents would get their recognition in the history books that would teach the generation to come.
She may be known as the knight of treachery, but Mordred didn't care.
She would protect the realm until it no longer needed her, suppressing her desire to join her father in the afterlife for the current period.
